Two Wedge Tales film screening on this night - 'Good Taste' (directed by Hugh) and 'Guilt Trip' (directed by Pamela).

We're very proud to have three short films in Perth Horror Film Festival 2023. 'No Pain, No Gain' will be on Friday August 18th; 'Inheritance' and 'Synchronism' will be on Saturday August 19th. We hope to see you there.

Once again we've made a film for Take 48 - a 48 hour film competition. This year we were required to make a film including 'Honey' and the line "This is your last chance", and ended up with our film 'No Pain, No Gain'. See how we did and have a look at the other entrants. You could even vote for us if you wanted to. (to see the films it's a $10 ticket, or one of the multi-film packages).

TAKE48 is the 48 hour film challenge hosted by SUFF. Participants have a 48-hour window to script, shoot and edit a film. All films needed to include a mystery item and line of dialogue

The first annual Perth Horror Film Festival curated by genre fans, for genre fans is providing plenty of fear, suspense and terror at The Backlot from August 19 to 21.

We're so proud that our film 'Don't Play in the Catnip' will play in the inaugural Perth Horror Film Festival. The program hasn't been set yet, so we're still waiting to see which night we'll be on, but it looks like a great lineup and well worth attending all three nights.

We are excited to partner with Perth Horror Fans and launch the inaugural Perth Horror Film Festival at The Backlot on Aug 19-21.

Come along and see a host of brilliant local short films before the rarely seen in a cinema classics.
