Today Mana'o Hana Hou Radio KMNO 91.7 FM's new studio was blessed. We are currently on the air with automated programming at 91.7 FM and online at www.manaoradio.com, and we will go live at 6:00 AM HST Sunday morning June 1.

As you may be aware, Mana’o Radio is now Mana’o Hana Hou Radio, 91.7 FM Maui... a new name, a new transmitter, many of your favorite personalities and some new faces & programming too! We would like to welcome listeners old & new to Maui’s most eclectic and varied radio programming!

Progress update: Thanks to volunteer Chris Bollman, soundproofing our new broadcast studio is nearly completed. Our brand spanking new streaming audio processor arrived yesterday and promises to deliver a far superior internet stream experience than ever before. Engineer John Bruce will be testing it this week! Our STL antenna has been mounted at the new studio and most of the electronic equipment has already been moved in. Thanks to Jeremy Jarvis and Bill Best for packing up the massive CD library! Our new transmitter should arrive by early next week. Looks like things are still on track for a June 1 return to broadcasting.
