1 year ago, a week exactly before getting baptized. I made a commitment to repent and change my ways. I remember praying asking God why was I stuck, no doors were opening for me and I knew I wasn’t living right. He gave me a vision, clear as day and I knew exactly what I needed to change. ½ cup honey or maple syrup (add more if needed)
⅓ cup all-natural, creamy peanut butter

One of the worst feelings for me is being bloated. Sometimes you don't know why it could be several reasons.
