Mid Week Meal Prep 💪🏾😁

Bourbon Glazed Salmon Meal Prep 🍣🔥

It might look complicated but this one is super easy and quick to make. 30 mins preparation, 40 mins cooking.

Ingredients
Salmon
Sweet potato
Asparagus
Pecans
Lemon
JBailey’s All Purpose Seasoning

Bourbon Sauce Marinade
Ginger
Garlic
Smoked Bbq bourbon sauce
Whiskey
Coconut aminos
Rice vinegar
Brown sugar

Save these 3 cable exercises if you need to switch up some variations on your shoulder workout. I threw the presses in there because I often see people not able to have the same strength when it comes to full range of motion. Test it out for yourself

1️⃣ SA Cable Front Raises
2️⃣ DB Press
3️⃣ SA Cable Lateral Raises
4️⃣ Cable Rear Delt Rows

Other than just lifting the weights, be sure to keep solid form while getting mind muscle connection which plays a big part in targeting the spots that you want to feel. Take your post workout up a notch with this banana split protein shake that has 60g of protein!

Ingredients:
* 1 Ripe frozen banana
* 2 c. Unsweetened almond milk
* 2 Scoops of Gourmet Vanilla ISO100
* 2 tbsp Chia seeds
* 1 c. Vanilla greek yogurt
* Optional whipped cream
* To get chocolate on the inside of the cup melt and drizzle chocolate then freeze until it’s firm
