A friend of mine gave me a copy of The Remedy expended paraphrase of the New Testament. And let me tell you, I am VERY particular about the translations and things I take in. I generally stick to my NKJV or ESV, so I wasn't excited to dig into it. Truthfully, it has been sitting on my dresser for about 4 weeks...

This morning I opened it (along with my trusty ESV) to read through Romans 6 on the urgings of someone who doesn't know they are my friend yet (that story later!).

Before I even got there God brought my attention to Romans 4 & 5.

This is like, a whole new level of understanding and grasping on to The Gospel....

I pray these verses will encourage you as much as they have me this morning.
