For anyone local to the Phillipsburg, NJ, area, tomorrow at 930AM, Brothers Before Others - public is hosting Mayor Randy Piazza as he, his Town Council and the citizens of Phillipsburg recognize a local hero, Warren County Sheriff James McDonald with a ceremonial street naming in his honor.

A life-long Warren County resident, Sheriff McDonald is currently in his third term as Sheriff. Already boasting a distinguished career of his own, he heads a family that is now three generations deep into service of Phillipsburg, with both his son and grandson serving as active police officers.

If you are a law abiding Warren County resident, there is little doubt that your life has been positively impacted by this man’s service.

If you’re NOT law abiding, you’ve likely been impacted as well….maybe not so favorably by your standards haha.

For those that can’t make it, please tune in to the return of the Blue Room Podcast, where the Sheriff will be joining us live to recap the day and his career! The show will begin shortly after the ceremony concludes, so look for us around 11AM!!!!

We’ve been following this since the day he was charged.

This is shameful.

Todays verdict in the trial of (former) Fort Worth Police Officer Aaron Dean is yet another slap in our face.

The notion that “America really DOES support law enforcement” as some abstract idea just floating out there in the ether is utter nonsense.

At some point, either that sentiment is put into action or otherwise it amounts to nothing more than hollow words.

The line between those who support law enforcement and those who do not has never been clearer.
