The artistic concept and development of the videoclip was headed by the incredibles Rene Goya Filho and Raul Krebs in a very special partnership.

“Highway 61: From Chicago to New Orleans” is out now.

It’s been a long time coming, but it’s finally here. And we have so many people to thank for making our first documentary happen. To Fernando Noronha for the partnership, Luciano Leães Music for agreeing to go on this crazy ride, to the crew behind the scenes Myla Hardie, Arthur Guedes, Gustavo Chaise, Luci Lazzaris and Michael Hardie for the connections. To Rene Goya Filho, Guilherme Moreno and Rafael Berlezi for powering through the post production. To all of the artists and collaborators who helped us in the making of this documentary. A very special thank you to our crowdfunding investors who believed in this project since the beginning and have been very patiently waiting to finally see this movie. We all did it together.

We hope you enjoy the movie and that it somehow inspires people to discover and learn more about Blues and Roots Music.

One question Myla Hardie gets a lot when she talks about her new release “Hardie Theater” is how did this mix of cultures from different corners of the world come together? “Actually, there are a lot of similarities between Texas and the South of Brazil” says Rica Sabadini and Marcio Petracco from the band Conjunto bluegrass portoalegrense, who joined Myla in the performance of her original song “All Going Up”. “Hardie Theater” will be available on March 18.
