We are excited to announce our London launch event at 7pm on Thursday 11 July at our favourite cinema, The Rio. Join Little Joe editor Sam Ashby in conversation with filmmaker Andrew Haigh (All of Us Strangers, 45 Years, Weekend) to mark the launch of Little Joe: A book about qu**rs and cinema, mostly (SPBH Editions/MACK). The event, hosted by Grant Gulczynski, will also include readings from contributors Black Venus and Charlie Shackleton and short films by Shu Lea Cheang and Mike Kuchar.

Little Joe goes to Hollywood! Join us at on June 25 to celebrate the launch of LITTLE JOE, a new anthology compiled by editor Sam Ashby – that brings together the cult periodical’s elusive texts and proposes a new, alternative cinematic canon drawn from the fringes of taste and style.
The evening will feature readings by Hedi El Kholti, Samara Halperin, William E.Jones, Jonesy, Adam Keleman, Ryan Linkof, Bradford Nordeen, and Sylvan Oswald.
