Day 4 was a complete rest day. So going on to day 5 of continuing a full body work out. From head to toe, getting some weight work in. Some may say it’s light weight but y’all have to understand…whether you’re new, been working out for years, or getting back into the game, you have to start somewhere. Day 2 was the same as day one but in reverse. I still did cardio first on the treadmill. Then went on to start with legs and worked my way up to chest being the last muscle group. It feels amazing to get a good workout in.
