This Friday will definitely be special for me... I was not only happy playing the long awaited new single from The Cure this morning, but we now also launched presales for the "Resurgence" massive post punk - cold wave - minimal synth compilation box. An ambitious project uniting sound and image I worked on over the last many months with the precious support of Fred from The Ultimate Dreamers and Stef Coldheart for the selection part, plus Tomoki Hayasaka (Sheerheart) for the creative design part. I'm also very grateful to all the 133 participating artists (and their respective labels) to this 7CD compilation as wel las the 30 interviewees who shared their insights on our belowed scene from its inception to its resurgence. I hope you will enjoy this beautiful compilation box (vinyl sized) and book. 🖤🖤🖤
