🌱 An unwillingness to embrace discomfort is an unwillingness to grow. 🌱

365 days ago I made one of the most important, impactful, and scary decisions of my life. 365 days ago I decided that I needed to make a drastic change in my life. 365 days ago, I stopped drinking.

Alcohol was many things to me: a coping mechanism, a social tool, depression medication, therapy, and a part of my identity. It was how I connected with people and how i overcame insecurities. It was what i needed to have fun. All of these were lies I told myself due to an unwillingness to make a change.

In the past 365 days I’ve made friends, forged deeper connections, and made better memories. It has given me the space to be more present and mindful. It has allowed me the space to grow as a person, partner, son, brother, and artist. 365 days ago I choose to destroy the old person to get to where I am today.

To my support system and the people who have been there for this journey, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I never could’ve done this alone and you don’t have to either. This change is fu***ng hard and filled with pitfalls. To anyone debating making a change, please know that if I can do it you can too. My DMs are open for anyone who needs support or just someone to talk to about this.

Hey everyone, it’s been awhile since i released one of these. The last 3 years have been absolutely insane. I’ve laughed, cried, been broken down, and grown. Earlier this year I moved to Denver, CO and it has been the best thing for me. I feel reenergized, re-grounded, and creative. I’m happy to be bringing you a new mix with much more music on the way.

Those close to me know that Drum and Bass is the music were I feel most myself. Seeing the long overdue rise of popularity here in the US has been amazing to watch. I’m stoked for the opportunities ahead in this new city.
