Are you happy with exactly where you are in life? Or do you want change?

Wanting to pay off debt, but a house, travel, be a stay at home parent? 🤔

✨Whatever it may be, to achieve it you’ll have to make a change.

I’m so incredibly grateful to have chosen this opportunity to work from home and be present with my son all while on MY schedule! 🙌🏼

One of the most underrated secrets to success is to start before you’re ready✨

If you would have asked me a year ago if I would be ready to invest in a business while on Mat leave and raising my son… well I probably would’ve laughed and said no🙈

But I came to a point where I realized that something had to change as I just couldn’t keep living that 9-5 grind. I craved being present with my son and taking my time back!

Was I ready? Not at all 🙈 But regardless, I jumped head first into building the life that I desire for me and my family💛 It’s the best decision I’ve made and I’m grateful for all the people who support me in this journey.

So the best advice I can ever give you is ✨Start before you’re ready✨

This is just crazy to think 💭

Spending your days at a 9-5 job for 40+ years is the norm and the “safe” way to do it.
But when you can spend 2-3 years building a business that will allow the freedom you’re desiring, then they say it’s too risky or that it won’t work.

But taking that risk to build a business that will allow you to take back your life and stop trading your hours for dollars… well that’s a risk I’m willing to take.

Slow Cooker Beef Ramen 🍜

A Japanese inspired dish with simple, easy ingredients. Spicing up your regular ramen noodle packages into a tasty meal✨

Ingredients:
•1 pound ground beef
•1 cup matchstick carrots
•1 medium red bell pepper sliced
•2-3 large scallions roughly chopped
•3 cloves garlic minced
•½ cup low sodium soy sauce
•2 Tablespoons brown sugar
•14.25 oz chicken stock or beef stock
•2 packs ramen noodles
•sesame seeds optional

Directions:
•In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the beef until no longer pink.
•Pour the cooked beef into the basin of a 6 quart slow cooker.
•To the slow cooker add the carrots, red bell pepper, and scallions.
•In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and chicken stock.
•Pour the sauce into the slow cooker and stir to combine.
•Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
•Approximately 30 minutes before serving, add the dry ramen noodles. [discard the seasoning packets, you only need the noodles.]
•Stir those around frequently to make sure they get all covered and cook evenly.
•When the noodles are tender, serve, topping with additional scallions and some sesame seeds.

My sweet boy🤍

Being a mama to this little goof is the best thing to happen in my life. Being a mom is who I am and I couldn’t be more grateful for it.

This sweet boy was born on Mother’s Day last year, 6 days past his due date but perfect timing and the best Mother’s Day gift I could’ve ever received. My heart is so full since that day🤍

I love being home with him and watching him learn and grow each day. Taking him to see new places and explore the world. Oh to see the world through his eyes 🌎

Being a mom is the best job in the world but definitely not the easiest. But so so worth it🩶

I started my own business!

I really stepped out of my comfort zone with this and I’m so glad I did! Becoming an entrepreneur was so scary but so worth it. I’m learning and growing in this business every day.

I’m now an online business owner and the present mama I want to be!

I was tired of trading my time for money. I wanted control for how I spent my time and what I spent it doing.

I joined an online community of entrepreneurs with an amazing high ticket item that promotes health and I’m so so so excited!

I love that I can run this business in the background through automation while I can do the things that I love to do! I know with this business I will get the time freedom, financial freedom, and location freedom that I’m dreaming of!

I wanted to help provide an income for my family while also being home with my son. I don’t have to drive anywhere, drop my son off, work my day away, and repeat. And I’m so so thankful for that!

And the great thing is…. No experience needed! If I can do this then definitely anyone can!

I am at the beginning of this journey and am so excited to keep learning. And I can’t wait to share more with you!

Reframing a negative mindset Part 2

This negative mindset comes through the fears that you have. Instead of having a growth mindset, you tend to shy away from things that you don't know. You think of failure as the limit of what you can do, you give up so easy. But flipping your mindset around to positive and a growth mindset will allow you to achieve things you never thought possible!

✨️From "I'm worried that I'll fail" to "I'm curious about what will happen"
✨️From "I'm not good at it" to "I can get better"
✨️From "I'm not ready" to "there's no better time than now"
✨️From "I'm too old" to "it's never too late"

Mindset is so important in our lives and it's something we can work on every day 😊
