Our partner MDS collaborated with Skittles and DDB Chicago! Skittles wanted to directly apologize to over 100,000 fans for removing Lime Skittles, so MDS launched the digital piece of the initiative. By using social listening on Twitter, they found users that loved the Lime Skittle and wanted to see a comeback. They were sent an apology directly from the account and were offered a free bag of Skittles!

*More than 900,000 final tweets will be analyzed for content and a big surprise will come out at the end of the campaign.
