SPORT4YOUTH: This Saturday in Prishtina/Priština we celebrated the hard work and commitment of volunteers at our Ceremony of Diploma Event. 45 volunteers from 11 different Centers and 6 different communities were awarded Diplomas and Certificates recognizing the skills they developed with PLAY. We were also joined by Director Bajrami of the Department of Youth in the Ministria e Kulturës, Rinisë dhe Sportit (Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport), who signed all the awards and congratulated volunteers on their achievements, recognizing that only volunteers of PLAY International have their work formally validated by the Ministry.
The event was also covered by Journalists from RTK 1 and Italy.
During the event volunteers enjoyed cooperative team building games, a presentation on what we achieved during 2017 recalling all the skills developed over different seminars and events and funny moments over the year. We also screened a video from our biggest event of the year (Anti-Discrimination Day).
The event finished with a tournament putting volunteers’ communication and cooperative skills to the test via inclusive games.
