🍝 loading up on divine pastas over at ! 🍝

this restaurant delivers on both classic italian food and old-school charm with a lovely alfresco dining + a cozy dining room. we were in the mood for pasta, and it was *VERY* hard to choose from one of the 24 pasta dishes they have on their menu!! 😅 swipe through to see what we ended up trying!

when the noodles are spicy and packed with crab meat! 💯🦀🍜

hit up finally and it did not disappoint. definitely get one of the many baos from their menu, and pair it with a few other dishes like these bouncy, chewy crab noodles. swipe through for some more of their dishes!

doesn't get much better than breakfast with a view of the San Francisco skyline tucked in a layer of fog!! 🍳☀️🌊

this is the in-room breakfast over at -- think croissants, quiche, cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, orange juice and coffee! when we visited we spent all morning lounging on this deck. the hotel has 31 rooms, many with over-the-water balconies! it's tucked around the corner from the main strip of downtown Sausalito and it's easy to miss if you're not looking for it -- truly a hidden gem! save this post to plan for your next epic vacation!

find yourself in Carmel this summer? def recommend hitting up .sushi.carmel! this spot has some super fresh dishes, really focusing in on the fish vs crazy over the top rolls. def partial to this Seared Salmon Roll with tempura shrimp, avocado, salmon, unagi sauice and spicy mayo. 😜 they're a newer restaurant, having opened in 2020, and worth a visit if you're in the area for sure!

this delightful dinner view is at the restaurant in San Francisco. this spot is tucked away on the sixth floor of a building in the heart of Chinatown, which perches them above the hustle and bustle of the city and delivers these jaw-dropping views -- the best sight while you have a delicious dinner!

bbq getaway photo dump! 🥩🔥🍖

some snaps from the bbq bootcamp event over at -- this spot puts on tons of great food events during the year (campfire cookouts, rodeos, etc) -- but the bbq bootcamp happens just twice a year and is not to be missed! over two days we had four epic cookout meals, several cooking demos from some bbq and chef all-stars, a spice blending class, and we even managed some free time to explore all the activities on the 10,000 acre ranch (like horseback riding, boating, fishing, archery, paddleboarding, pool time, hiking). can't recommend this place enough for a fun weekend trip! swipe through for some shots from our experience 🤠🌾.

🥩 One word... BRISKET. We got the coolest brisket demo from a superb bbq chef from LA and these bites were bomb!

🏨 One of the many cozy cottages to stay in on the property

a classic San Francisco breakfast treat: the cinnamon roll at ! this delightful pastry is a recipe from the chef/owner's Ukrainian great-grandmotherand it is soooo tasty! expect many layers of buttery, hand-laminated dough layers covered in cinnamon sugar!

one of the tastiest pizza spots... ! 🍕

this delicious pizzeria whips up wood-fired pies with that perfect char and chewy crust. they even won a Michelin Bib Gourmand award in 2021! 😸 (the Bib Gourmand awards are given out to restaurants that serve stellar food and approachable prices). pictured is their divine Pepperoni Pizza with house-made, hand-pulled mozzarella cheese, crushed tomato, basil, chili oil, + Ojai wildflower honey!

throwing it back to an ✨excellent✨ weekend of tasting all the pinots! 🍷

if you're into wine (and gorgeous hotels 😉) i highly recommend adding the event to your bucket list! 🍷 these guys brought it w/ nonstop events - wine tastings, dinners, parties, luncheons, somm tours, and more! we tried sooo many of the hundreds of wineries in attendance at the grand tasting, revisiting a few favorites and discovering some new gems we'll be sure to seek out in the future! the icing on the cake was it all went down at the , which made for a pretty epic backdrop for a few wine walks to take a breather between events! 🌊

want an easy weekend walking spot in SF? this photo was snapped from a weekend walk on Ocean Beach looking towards Sutro Tower and is one of the perfect spots to start your morning! 🌊📸

the Great Highway in San Francisco is closed to cars on weekends, making it a great spot for running, walking, or biking (like these guys here)! did you also know they're also bringing out food trucks on Sundays? ☕️🚚🍔 keep an eye out for Viva Vegan (plant-based burgers), and California Kahve (espresso & matcha).

when you're looking to switch up your burrito game... go for an Asian-influenced burrito! 🌯

the Nam Toc Burrito at is soooo good — it's a tasty mix of tri-tip steak and fried rice, plus not-your-usual-burrito ingredients like shallots, cilantro, peanuts, thai basil, kaffir leaves, chili sauce, mint, lime + fish sauce for an awesome blend of flavors, all wrapped in a tortilla!

this home is the Helipad House, just below Bernal Hill made by artist Casey O’Connell.

look closely and you'll notice a few things...

👁 the abstract woman has her arm extended and her finger is poking the white shark in the eye! 🤭
🖋 the same woman also had a sweet tattoo that says "YOU"
🏙 the shark's teeth are actually an outline of the SF skyline!

sometimes messy and crumbly, but always delicious — the "special" breakfast sandwich at ! 🍳🥓🥑 this dish is SOOO good and hits all the right breakfast notes. each sando comes on a buttery, flakey buttermilk biscuit slathered with house lemon-garlic aioli and topped with two scrambled eggs, avocado, applewood smoked bacon, and melty pepper jack cheese!

PS. In case you were curious, the name "Devil's Teeth" is actually a reference to the small cluster of islands — the Farallon Islands — that area 30 miles east of San Francisco. This nickname originated back in the 1850s from sailors who had to navigate the treacherous underwater shoals around these rocky islands!

a hidden garden at a luxury Sonoma hotel makes for the perfect oasis! 🌿🏡

most people plan wine country trips for spring or summer, but this area is actual gorgeous in the fall and winter! if you're looking for an amazing home-away-from-home, checkout the . not only do they have a beautiful property, they also have a stellar restaurant that's even earned Michelin Stars in the last few years! anddddd, bonus points for complimentary happy hour wine tasting in the courtyard daily!

if you ever worked in downtown San Francisco, you might have been in this spot once or twice! 😉🙌🏻

this futuristic structure is actually the inside of the Salesforce Transit Center! the building has been in the works for the last 10+ years, opening different areas and sections in phases — like a bus deck 🚎, offices, ticketing counters 🎟, areas for shops + restaurants 🛍, and a hugeeee rooftop park 🌿! I feel like now that the rooftop park is open, it gets most of the attention, but don't miss out on appreciating the epic interiors of this building!

smash burger goodness alert!! 🍔🚨

these smash burgers are made with two wagyu beef patties, topped with cheese, grilled onions, + special sauce — served with a side of house-made spicy pickles. find 'em at on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays! pair it with one of their tasty Belgian-style beers and you are *set.* definitely save this spot to your must-eat list for Santa Barbara!

one of the besssssst burritos in San Francisco -- the carnitas super burrito at La Taqueria in the Mission district! 🌯

juicy chunks of meat are layered with beans, pico de gallo, cheese, sour cream, and avocado. 🚨pro-tip: always ask for it "dorado" style to get the tortilla grilled up and just the perfect crispy crunch with each bite. 🚨

an awesome new pizza discovery... the focaccia pizza from ! 🍕Haight Loves is a pop-up that's making fresh loaves of bread for pick-up...and...ONE day a week there's a special pizza offering! keep up with them on IG to know when and what's on offer.

the pizza was SO good. the bottom had the best crispy, oily layer, the focaccia base was chewy yet crunchy and herby, and the cheese + toppins perfectly melded together. pictured is the Soppressata Focaccia Pizza with San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, soppressata, blistered cherry tomatoes, Calabrian chili, + parsley. !!!

one of the best sandwiches I’ve eaten this year...🥰 bakes the best crunchy, yet airy sesame bread (aka kai’k) and it’s amazing. She has five or so different sandwich combos on this bread, including this one: Tayta’s Breakfast... a toasted sesame bread sandwich with egg salad 🥚, labneh, za'atar, greens 🥬 & pickled onions 🧅 . Big, but comfort food mood over here with this grilled cheese sando, perfect for this rainy weather! 🧀🥖🌧 now, you probably are not looking at this dish and thinking, "oh, cool, spanish food".... but jokes on you! 😉 all that ooey gooey cheese is part of the Queso Asado bocadillo from spanish resto, , with tetilla + mahon cheese + red onion jam, grilled to perfection.

Pizza bagels, but make 'em ADULT size. 😝🍕 is now doing legit full-size PIZZA BAGELS and they are glorious. first, choose either a garlic or plain bagel base, then decide if you want regz cheese or cheese + pepperoni for your toppings. and, whatever you do, don't miss out on the house buttermilk ranch dipping sauce. you can get 'em hot + fresh in-person at their Dogpatch location or get them for frozen for takeaway or delivery.

Tuesday toast situation!!! 🍞 🧈 🤤 my current favorite food discovery is the croissant toast from — these guys have been around SF forever (you might remember they got bought out by Starbucks at one point to take their pastries to all the 'bucks locations, but bought themselves back and have a few spots in SF), and they have a tasty new loaf of "croissant" bread available for takeaway to make the perfecttttt at-home toast. it is absolutely LUX when you toast it and slather it in butter with a sprinkling of sea salt. my heaven. comes in two types — "regular" and "everything" seasoning. seek this out next time your carb craving hits!!!
