GREAT LESSON OF THE DAY👌

In 1990, Shina Peters built a house with N20 million naira; the same year Jim Ovia started Zenith Bank with the same amount.

Today, you and I don't have a room in Shina's house but I have an account in Jim's bank and probably you do too.

Shina's house was built in Iju Lagos and remains there till date.

Jim's bank started in a corner and now has over 500 branches in Nigeria, and many international branches.

Millions upon millions transact business in Jim's bank daily.

Shina's house is becoming dilapidated...in 2015, he SPENT more money to renovate the house and bought a Nissan Pathfinder with N10 million...additional liability, while in the same 2015, Jim's bank MADE a profit of N105.7 billion.

Zenith bank employs hundreds of thousands, and feeds their families.

This is the difference between Assets and Liability. If you buy a car for N20 million today, in 20 years time, you will be ashamed to drive it.

On the other hand, if you invest that same amount in a lucrative business or in an asset, It may be worth billions in 20 years. ( Jim Ovia is now worth $980 million dollars, with the official dollar rate of N320, that means he is worth N313 BILLION NAIRA because of an investment of N20 million).

Spend the little money you have today wisely. Some people driving expensive cars today, are not aware that they are driving their future and the future of their children.

Some people carrying iphone7 today, may not be aware that they are carrying their future.
When you are young, don't spend money. Invest it.

Every penny in your hand is like a seed, you can decide to eat it, or sow it. When you sow it, it will bear much more seeds later in future.

THINK TWICE AND SPEND WISELY 👌

STAY BLESSED 🙏❤️

When two ex-lovers meet, what goes on in their minds? For two people who became exes after a failed relationship, it's understandable - but those bound with kids, gosh!

Paul and Anita Okoye used to look into each other's eyes and assure each other of unending love and togetherness. Not so long before their split, Paul Okoye posted her picture on her birthday and went down memory lane to tell us of how she "reasoned with him", so it's okay to say that she inspired his "Reason with Me" song. So what happened? What went wrong that a relationship that was built on such a foundation of love, understanding, and bearing each other's burden failed after three kids? Did they fall out of love with each other? Did they both find someone better? Did they lose the onions and ingredients that gave them needs for each other?

One of the things I could figure out to be the most cause of divorce in our generation is what I call the "Know too much factor".

This generation knows way too much more than necessary. It was exposure that made Adam and Eve lose the goodness of the Garden of Eden to a life of intense hardship. Too much knowledge can be detrimental.

Believe it or not, Paul Okoye and Anita still feel something (love) for each other. They don't feel hostility toward each other otherwise, co-parenting won't be this easy and beautiful for them. So why did they leave their marriage?

Couples divorce even while in love with each other because love is never enough.

In a generation where we feel that affection towards people is enough to substitute respect for them.

In an era where men are taught to be tøxxlcc males in the name of "Alpha Male", and wvvmén to be rebellious wives in the name of feminism; people leave marriage before realizing that they have been swayed wrongly.

In a generation where mén and wvménn are taught to be intolerant of each other, people leave good relationships before realizing that one actually needs tolerance to stay in any relationship.

Sadio Mané🗣: "I remember the first day I arrived in France to take tests and sign with FC Metz. I was supposed to train from the day I arrived but the coach told me to stay at home. And I had no credit on my phone card to call my mother and tell her that I had gone to France.

The next day, I went with some of my friends who were already in Metz to buy some cards and I called her and told her: "Hello mom, I'm in France". She said to me: "What, which France?". She couldn't believe it! I said: "France in Europe". She replied: "What do you mean Europe? You live in Senegal, you are supposed to be with your uncle". I then said "yes but now I am in Europe".

She was amazed, it was crazy! She was so surprised that she called me every day to ask me if it was true. She didn't believe me until one day I told her to go watch TV to see me play. She finally understood that my dream had come true.

Your mother will be alive to enjoy your success.
