For me, I think the second quarter is all about mastery. Mastering and honing your skills/craft in order to be one of the bests in your field/industry.

I’ve been focusing on digital media, specifically with the use of video. It’s great, and if you’ve seen my work, then you’ve seen a bit of the process. But, for me, it’s not enough. I want to do more. I’ve never been content with staying in one spot.

So I’m exploring/educating myself on the different roles held within digital media to see where I can provide the most value. In a 7-year window, I’d like to already be on a path of greater responsibility, leadership, and purpose. But it all starts with testing out different skills/roles, recognizing where you provide the most value while being deeply in love with the process, and mastering your craft.

Maybe I’ll dislike being involved in anything digital media related, even though I thought I’d enjoy it. And that’s fine. I’m not afraid to fail. However, I’m afraid of not taking the shot. This is my 2nd quarter. I gotta give it everything I got. I hope you all do as well, and create a path that you yourself are excited to be on! Appreciate you reading what’s on my mind.
