HERO: Meet Gelje Sherpa.
He was taking a private client up Mt. Everest when he noticed someone dying just 500 meters from the summit.
So he ran over, wrapped him in a sleeping mattress, gave him oxygen, put him on his back, and hiked him 6 hours down the mountain to safety.
LEGEND.

South Africa has sent a team of 200 firefighters this past weekend to Canada's fire-stricken province of Alberta to help contain raging wildfires sweeping across the region. Love to see countries helping others... we are one! Please keep sending me stories of helpers! 🇨🇦 🇿🇦

Between 1-12 June, @adidas asked you to move for the planet – and for every 10 minutes tracked in the adidas running app, they donated €1 to @CommonGoalorg, up to €1.5m.
Because of YOUR help, they’ve been able to work with Common Goal to implement solar panel lighting in Cambodia, so children can safely play the sport they love when it’s dark after school—as @sopfei explains.
Our collective movement = collective change! 🙏

Irish native Emma was living in Australia and hadn't seen them for a year. She had told them she wasn't coming home and gave them quite the surprise. They're in total shock. ❤️ Love this.

Sweet Isaac makes sure all the passengers on his train are doing alright.
"It was very funny to experience, we were going up the train, and Isaac started to say hello to everyone and ask if they were ok," his dad @vincentdrisch writes.
"Each wagon reacted with great joy ☺️ and since Lyon-Rennes is 4 hours: he had time to do that with the whole time!"

Mother reunites with her little one after he spent 16 days in a coma.
The boy was diagnosed at birth with a rare skin condition called dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa. The condition is characterized by a lack of type VII collagen, a protein that joins the dermis to the epidermis, known as 'binding protein'.
The condition requires a lot of care from parents and Gui himself, who needs to be aware of friction that can cause injuries and blisters on the skin. Due to complications from the disease, the little boy was in a coma for 16 days, 14 of which were intubated. We are rooting for you Gui! 🙏😭🇧🇷 Tayane Gandra
