sometimes need revamping. This space got little overhaul....a few new pillows, artwork/mirror/lighting/accessories were relocated/updated to make more sense, and now it just needs some greenery=PLANTS! Since the room already has natural elements, a horn based lamp and mirror, jute rug, and we also added a black and white cowhide double layered rug (not pictured) I believe that a fiddle leafed fig would make a great statement here. Love the ....they never go out of style! Such a cozy place to spend time with loved ones in 💜

I have the sinking feeling that it may be time to retire these bags. No lie, my hands hurt. Rheumatoid Arthritis is no joke. I’ve managed to keep the RA storm calm by watching what I eat, turmeric, CBD, whatever it takes that’s NOT a pharmaceutical! But working on the house this weekend and preparing for the move has definitely aged me. Like the Toby Keith song goes, “I ain't as good as I once was, but I'm as good ONCE
as I ever was!” Gonna stick to hanging pictures. Small pictures. 😜 Keep watching stories for that are quick, easy to do, and easy on the budget! I may tackle a concrete counter overlay, if these hands permit it. 🙌🏽✨💫 @ Texas

So true! ✅ I have yielded my California clients over $10k just by staging; that is setting up a property to sell by analyzing and advising them about their current decor. Organizing pantries, closets, and garages are also a part of this process. If you don’t want to do it yourself, hiring an expert is also an option that yields profitable results. It’s a no-brainer I’ve even had a client decide to stay in a property after I’ve come in and staged it for them. 😂😆🤣 a small caveat: you cannot wear your heart on your sleeve. Some items MUST GO for setting the stage. Amd if you have an affinity for them, simply pack them up and take them to your new space, (which you will be happy to have) with more money in your bank account! 🥰🤩🥳

No confessions here. 😆 But getting groceries used to be a painstakingly long chore. Then of course there was the shower, scrub with a loofah 10 times thing (if you didn’t order online curbside service) 😬😆🤪 Curbside service and grocery delivery has been a good thing that came out of 2020! Can you think of any others?
