Delaware bankruptcy court approved a settlement agreement between Hayley Paige Gutman and JLM Couture, the parent company that owned Hayley Paige Bridal.
The settlement gives Gutman ownership of her name and social media accounts, and enables her to return to the bridal industry under her own Hayley Paige Bridal brand.
