ATTENTION LANDLORDS:
The biggest mistake you are making while trying to get tenants is not giving house hunters enough information.
It is giving you nightmares, obviously.
Let me explain.
Marketing means giving information that your prospective tenants are looking for.
It is not just houses people want: it is the value they get in the house and its location. And that is what you need to communicate.
Privacy, affordability, accessibility, convenience, prestige, ability to save living costs, enhanced health, ease of raising a family, security are some of the value prospective tenants are looking for in your house.
Telling your prospective tenants that the house is next to the main road and therefore easy to access is a very good point.
Telling house hunters that "there's a balcony where you can do laundry, get sunlight, meditate or workout undisturbed" is the type of value you should be communicating.
Just saying, "There's a police station nearby and so, you are safe to come and leave the house any time you want", can make a prospective tenant say "Yes" to your property.
"There's a children's playground which will not only help them exercise for fitness and catch some sun but also get socialized."

Not window shoppers who say they'll call back and they disappear without a trace, like aliens.
You'll also avoid cal
