So what exactly is Cloud Mining?

What is Crypto Mining?

Mining is a PoW (Proof of work) concept that essentially allows someone to mine and process transactions on the blockchain.

A block is a node which contains both data and a specific cryptocurrency. When you send/receive crypto, it's typically done through these blocks. A Miner processes or "mines" the block, so that one's funds can be successfully sent or received. This is typically also how more of the currency is created. And a small amount of which is paid to the miner, depending on their Hashrates and other variables

How do you mine?
Ironically, at its core, anyone can technically mine crypto. However, the biggest problems come down to: Cost, Equipment, and Environmental Impacts.

Mining typically requires specific equipment which uses a VAST amount of energy and computing power. Either through said equipment, or at the very least, a strong enough computer or system with high GPU and CPU specs.

Whether it's the hardware like Antminer, or a gaming laptop/desktop, these typically cost upwards of $1000 or more. Then there's the energy output. Even most sophisticated Gaming Machines can't fully process the taxing service of Mining Crypto. It can cost quite a bit in electricity and you run the risk of damaging your equipment in the long-run

So is there a way to mine for cheap? Yes!!
There are many ways that are either affordable or free. Perhaps most notably, Pool Mining. Pool Mining allows you to access other's equipment/hashrates and pool together the means to Mine Crypto. Some charge pool fees, that typically get taken out of your mining itself- so no need to worry!

Hedging or Scalping? Which is better?

It really depends on personal preference and choice. There are always semi-equal amounts of gain/loss in most strategies. So to better help you decide, first we should talk about what each one actually means.

Hedging is a risk management strategy employed to offset losses in investments by taking an opposite position in a related asset. There are a few ways to go about it. But it's taking a position in two parts. The biggest takeaway here is Risk Management. Let's say you wait for the highest possible point and buy short. Then you wait for the largest possible dip and buy long. The idea (and hope) is that the margin won't break those points. You create a Hedging Zone. So regardless of what direction it moves- you profit. Though profits are typically low in comparison to other strategies.

Now what is scalping?
Scalping is a trading style that specializes in profiting off of small price changes and making a fast profit off reselling. Usually, small amounts that (hopefully) surmount to a large sum. Risk is higher however- due to the possible sudden changes a market could go through

Below are some examples of what each strategy looks like in a nutshell

The answer to the question: Which is better? Will be upon your level or want of risk management.
In a personal opinion, Hedging is a great place to start, since Scalping requires a close eye and knowledge on graphs and analytics

To clarify, Leverage/Volume Trading works like this:
In capital markets, volume, or trading volume, is the amount of a security that was traded during a given period of time. Leverage is borrowing funds to amplify a traders buying power

Typically, this is done through borrowing from a broker in some way. However, with BingX, things are different. You don't owe anyone collateral, instead, you raise your risk.
