You try and do anything to fill it...

You get out from the bed you don't belong in and for the moment the pain seemed to have gone away... but did it? It actually made it worse and now you feel like trash on top of it..

You drink yourself till you feeling light or nothing at all...Just to wake up with a horrible headache and the pain of that void from what happened to you... it's still there

You smoke and get high because because you need peace...
The voices of yesterday, guilt, shame, being labeled.... the flashbacks that play over and over..

I know it's exhausting and lonely when you feel like no one understands

But I'm here to tell you...
