Trying to make some changes this month. Quit smoking. Got my fat ass back on the treadmill and did a 6 workout challenge with IFIT for them to donate for Cancer Awareness. If you have IFIT you can do the challenge as well. Have got out fishing a few times.Trying to achieve a little more balance in life and improve my physical and mental health. 🎀
