In today's world, with the Cost of Living being what it is… And with many people struggling to earn enough money to cover their/their family’s basic needs… It's important to think about how we use our money. Instead of spending on unnecessary stuff, consider investing in YOURSELF - your Health, your Growth, and your Wealth.

It makes absolutely no sense to me to spend our money buying unnecessary stuff. Stuff that will probably end up cluttering our homes or as landfill. To me it makes more sense (and cents) to INVEST my excess money into MYSELF… My Health and Wellness, My Self Growth, My Wealth 💲💸

Hey Freedom Seekers 🕊️

Being that FREEDOM is one of my highest values, I thought I’d address the topic of “Time Freedom and Flexibility” today⏳

Some of the things that have helped me create more Time Freedom and Flexibility in my life are….

📝 Prioritising Tasks:

Do something today that your Future-Self will THANK YOU for! 🙏😊

Focusing on my ‘most impactful’ goal aligned actions each day helps me maintain momentum with creating results in MY important life areas. I find when I have a clear path to follow each day… The majority of my time and energy is invested in the things that matter most to me.

Clear path = My morning routine, my DET’s (Daily Empowerment Tasks), my 3 to 5 TOP Goals/Objectives.

By Focusing on our high-impact activities that align with our goals/aspirations we can maximise time and productivity in those areas.

👥 Delegating Responsibilities:

What are you doing in your life that DOESN’T require your Direct Involvement?

Consider entrusting/empowering someone else to do these things, so that you can focus on what TRULY MATTERS to you.

One of the responsibilities I’ve delegated (stopped doing) is cooking dinners.
Simon, my partner, has been cooking our dinners for several months now… a task that I’m not-so-keen on, and a task that he enjoys a lot more than me.

As a trade, I do Simon’s laundry washing, etc… a task I’m fine with doing and enjoy more than cooking!

Simon keeps me fed at dinner time… I keep him in clean clothes

What tasks are you doing that you’d prefer not to?
Consider trading tasks with other household members or work colleagues so you’re all doing things that compliment your strengths/preferences.

🛡️ Setting Healthy Boundaries:

Establishing clear healthy boundaries in our lives helps to ensure we have dedicated time for the things that Matter Most to Us.

One of my 1st introductions to Healthy Boundaries was when I read the book “Boundaries: When to Say Yes, How to Say No… To Take Control of Your Life” by Drs. Henry Cloud and John Townsend.”

Setting and maintaining Healthy Boundaries in my life has been important and beneficial to my Health and Wellness, and my productivity re: my important life areas. It’s also been an evolutionary process for me… as I evolve/change… so do some of my boundaries (what I will, or will not allow in my life)

📱💻 Embracing Technology:

By leveraging tools and apps to automate repetitive tasks and streamline our workflow for increased efficiency, we can free up time in our lives for more important stuff.

Something I love about my Online Business is the AUTOMATION we are able to leverage in this space.

Consider the repetitive tasks that you do regularly. Are you able to automate any of these using the technology available to you?

⏸️ Schedule Breaks:

Taking regular breaks to recharge our mind, body and spirit will help enhance our overall productivity and creativity.

Thankfully I’m able to enjoy a high-level of Time Freedom and Flexibility in my life, and am able to take regular breaks when I need to, at times that are convenient to me.

Are you able to take breaks whenever you need them?

Yes… that’s great! What do you do during your breaks/downtime?

No… Well, when in your daily/weekly life could you schedule some good quality break time for yourself? What time wasting activities can you minimise, to maximise the time you have for your goal-aligned actions or rest?

Remember, Time Freedom and Flexibility are within your reach, even amidst a busy schedule. By implementing these tips, you'll reclaim control of YOUR time and Design a Life that harmonises with YOUR goals/aspirations.

🌟 What You Should Know About Balancing Work and Emotional Wellness 🌟

Hey Health Seekers,

In today's fast-paced world, finding harmony and a good balance between work and emotional wellness can feel like a daunting task.

However, it's absolutely achievable, and here's what you/we need to know! 🌿

1. Our emotional well-being is just as important as our professional success. It's TOTALLY OK to PRIORITISE Sellf-Care and set boundaries to protect our mental and emotional health💆‍♀️

2. Find ways to incorporate mindfulness into our workday. Taking short breaks to breathe deeply, stretch, or practice gratitude 🙏
These small moments of self-care can make a big difference in our overall well-being. 🧘‍♂️✨

Just stepping outside, standing on the grass in the sunshine and taking some deep breaths for a few minutes is a ‘welcome refresher’ for me 😊

3. Ask for support when we need it. Whether it's talking to a trusted friend, seeking professional help, or joining a supportive community… reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness. 🤝💜

I’m so grateful for the high-vibe supportive community and new friendships I’ve found 🙏💜

4. Remember, finding balance is a journey, not a destination. Being kind to ourselves, staying mindful of OUR needs, and PRIORITISING our emotional wellness will help us achieve the balance we desire re: our work and emotional wellness.

Who here, has had good intentions of doing a Self Care activity… only to put it off in favour of work or family needs? Drop a “Me” in the comments.

As much as I love the work I do in my Online Business, and I love enjoying quality time with my family… for the past 2 weeks I’ve been ‘promising’ myself to indulge in some guilt-free Self Care.

Being that today is “Wellness Wednesday” I’m keeping that promise!

Meet Kiley!
Kiley’s dream was to kick her 9-5 job to the kerb! AND she did that in May last year 😊

Kiley was tired of the weekly struggle, tired of getting home in the dark… and just plain tired!

After working full-time in a busy stockfeed business for 30 years and never having time to herself, time to spend with her horses or just be at home on her beautiful property she took a Leap of Faith in herself and PIVOTED into this Online Business.

In 3.5 years she’s created the TIME and FINANCIAL FREEDOM that she thought she would only achieve in her retirement years⌚💸

Now Kiley gets to enjoy the days with her horses, dogs and family without waiting until she’s too old to enjoy it! Ahhh… Bliss! 😊

🚀 How to Stay Motivated When Working from Home 🚀

Hey Freedom Seekers and Soulful Creatives 💜🎨

Are you finding it challenging to stay motivated while working from home?

Well, don't worry, you're not alone. The ‘motivation’ struggle is real for me too some days.

Here are some Hot Tips that may keep you inspired and focused:

🚀 Create a Dedicated Workspace:

Designate a specific area in your home for work to help create boundaries between your personal and professional life.

Being that I have an online business, my main tools are my phone and my laptop. Currently, when I’m doing focused work and my DET's (Daily Empowerment Tasks), my ‘home office’ shifts between my dining table (in the mornings) and my couch (in the afternoons)… this works for me.

Consider the spaces in your home where you could do your focused work and your DET’s, using the main tools you need.

Do you need to physically separate your work and personal areas? Eg: a dedicated room for your Home Office. Or can you work effectively in any location?

📅 Establish a Routine:

Set a consistent schedule for your workday to maintain structure and productivity.

What are the main tasks you need to do each day?

For me… these are my DET’s… my Daily Empowerment Tasks. In my Todoist app I’ve created a recurring DET list with my important daily tasks… the daily tasks that if done consistently over time will help me build and grow my business.

For my weekly tasks… I like Task Batching and Theme Days’ for certain activities to help me stay on-track with those tasks.

Eg: Mondays are for weekly content creation and scheduling + my fortnightly home or car blessings. Tuesdays are for Self Growth (education, training, skill development), Wednesdays are for… Well you get the picture.

Task batching and Theme Days for my weekly tasks makes it easy for me to remember what I’m meant to be doing each day.

Today is Monday… so Content Creation and Scheduling + Car Blessings.

🌞 Let in the Light:

Natural light can do wonders for your mood and motivation, so position your workspace near a window if possible.

One of the reasons I like working at my dining table is the natural lighting… and from my chair I have a view to our backyard… which I like looking at (especially when the lawn is freshly mowed)😊

📝 Set Achievable Goals:

Break down your tasks into manageable chunks and celebrate your progress along the way.

For my Daily Schedule… I usually include only 3 to 5 TOP Goals/Objectives on my To-Do list. Listing them in order of priority, importance, and urgency. Doing this helps me stay on-track, and helps me avoid being overwhelmed.

To celebrate… ticking things off my ‘to-do’ list and the feeling of accomplishment is a mini celebration for me 😊 🎉

Sometimes I’ll share my ‘good news’ with Simon (my partner) and my colleagues when I’ve done something I’m proud of… like creating my own website! 💻 📱

Learning a new skill is always something to feel proud of! 😊

💪 Take Breaks:

Remember to step away from your desk periodically to recharge and avoid burnout.

‘Brain Breaks’ or ‘Eye Breaks’ I call them… being that for a lot of my work I’m looking at a phone or laptop screen. Stepping outside for some fresh air, sunshine and NO device screens works well for me.

✨ Stay Connected:

Keep in touch with your colleagues for support and accountability.

Definitely! One of the things that attracts me to the business I’m in, is the High Vibe and Supportive community that I’m able to be a part of.

When working at home, online by myself… it’s great to connect with my colleagues for support, friendship, and accountability 😊

🖥️ While setting up an ‘home office’/dedicated workspace is not a ‘one size fits all’ endeavour… I hope some of these tips have been helpful to you with designing your workspace.

Consider your own unique ‘work needs’ first… this will help you decide on the appropriate location and tools that will suit you best. Which in turn will help you stay motivated and productive while working from home… or anywhere else in the world. 💼 🌏💫

🌟 Top Tips for Healthy Eating on a Busy Schedule 🌟

Hey Health Seekers,

Finding time to eat healthily amidst our busy schedules can be challenging… but, it's not impossible!

Here are some Yummy Tips to nourish your Body and Soul even when life gets hectic. 🥦🕒

📅 First… Prioritise planning and preparation.

Set aside some time each week to meal prep and batch cook/make nutritious meals and snacks. Having healthy options readily available can save you time and prevent unhealthy eating choices. 🍽️🥗

(Being an Empty Nester, I’ve become quite relaxed with my ‘meal prep’ routine, but when my kids were young… cooking a double batch of Bolognese or slow-cooked casseroles was a huge time and energy saver!)

🌮 Next… Keep it simple and versatile.

Opt for easy-to-make meals that require minimal ingredients and can be customised to your taste preferences. Think smoothies, salads, stir-fries, and other easy-to-make ‘Delicious and Nutritious’ foods packed with colourful veggies and lean proteins. 🥙🍓

(My #1 rule re: cooking/baking… if it’s got more than 5 ingredients and the method has too many steps… then it’s a NO for me. Simple, easy and relaxed are my ‘go-to’ meals)

🧠 Make smart swaps to upgrade your favourite dishes.

Choose whole grains over refined grains, opt for lean proteins grilled chicken (or tofu, if you like that stuff), and incorporate healthy fats from sources like avocado and nuts. Your body will thank you! 💪🥑

Another ‘smart swap’ is to swap our junk food treats (that have empty calories and lots of sugar), and opt for some healthy easy-to-grab sweet treats.

Eg: instead of lollies… opt for some sweet tasting in-season fruits, instead of ice cream… opt for some yummy yoghurt.

(Note to self: Add Avocados, Fruit and Yoghurt to shopping list) 📝

Remember, it's all about balance and consistency.

Aim for progress, not perfection… and celebrate your healthy choices along the way.
