ICONS. Agency was founded with the mission to create a more inclusive and diverse fashion industry. One of our main goals and focus is to diversify the whole production lead when it comes to fashion, commercials and general content shoots. We strongly believe that to diversify an industry you need to first work from the inside out or the top down. When it comes to producing shoots it is imperative to reflect on not just the model but also the stylist, the photographer and art director, basically the whole production team. Diversity and inclusion is very important if you look at it from a sustainable society point of view. There is so much work to do in our society.
We are filled with joy by the outpouring of support we have received our first year. Our models have been working with clients such as Gucci, Levis, Rave Review, H&M, Klarna, ELLE, Adidas and many more. Since our launch, our models have done over 100 jobs. We are getting seen and heard in medias like Scandinavian MIND who wrote an article about us in september 2020 and one of Sweden's biggest newspapers, Expressen interviewed us for an article last month. The response has been very supportive and positive.
But not everyone has been supportive. Some of whom we consider to represent the old way of doing things in this industry have contested our brand name and we are therefore changing it. Our company stands for positive change and attitude, so we have decided against making a fuss about it. It is more important for us to direct all of our energy and focus towards the people we represent.
Having our brand name contested only made us stronger as a brand and team and also made us realise that we have so much more competence to offer. So we are using this relaunch opportunity to expand our business. And how that will look like you will have to wait until next week when we launch our new website to find out.
We are dedicated, passionate, and our flame burns brightly, you may now refer to our agency as F
