I stopped suddenly,looking around in confusion,yet nothing made sense to me.
All I could hear was shouts of agony,pain,and fear from people running for their lives.
I stood amazed!!
What is happening??I asked with a shout.
Nobody answered or seemed to notice me because everyone ran helter skelter screaming.
As I stood trying to figure out what was wrong, I saw the most horrifying sight I had ever seen.
A three storey building collapsed before my very own sight....houses were melting like rubber objects placed inside fire.
At that instant,I was terrified and I started running as fast as my legs could carry me.
It was a state of pandemonium and chances of survival was slim.
People were vanishing...an invisible hand from the clouds took them away....everyone ran,dreading that hand.
Could this be the end of the world?I asked myself,running and crying.
Where are my people?
My parents?
Friends and family?
I saw none of them...only disaster,chaos,ruins and damages was all I saw.
Suddenly,there was calmness and tranquility.
Everything stopped...houses no more melted,people no longer vanish and no one cried again.
I was in awe!!
How come?
What happened?
I never found answer why it happened and why it suddenly stopped.
I opened my eyes and realized it was all a dream.
I heaved a sign of relief....haa na so I for leave this this 3k wey dey my account go?money I wan take buy milky doughnut chop....
I don’t know what this dream symbolizes...
Be at peace with your maker.
May we never be caught unprepared.
