Mrs. Claus has always loved snowflakes. ❄️

Not just because they’re beautiful…
but because no two are ever the same.

Today, her story is being shared with the world.

“Why Mrs. Claus Loves Snowflakes” is officially here—
a gentle reminder for children (and maybe adults, too)…
that who you are is exactly who you’re meant to be.

If you’d like to read it, comment SNOWFLAKE and I’ll send you the link ❄️💙

Book six in the True Stories from the North Pole series, Why Mrs. Claus Loves Snowflakes, releases April 18…
and somewhere along the way, it became more than just a story.

It became a reminder.

A reminder that the parts of us that feel different…
might actually be the most important parts of all.

I think I wrote this one for anyone who has ever wondered where they fit…and maybe needed to hear that they already belong. 🤍❄️

Merry Proofreading Day!

In the hole process of publishing a book, one of the most important, albeit difficult and tedious, steps is proofreading.

When we published "A Hippopotamus for Christmas, we red through the book numerous times.

We got friends and family to reed through the book for us as well.

Even though the book was read by over a dozen people after it was published we discovered it was not free of types.

Moral of the story?

Proofread - proofread - proofread!!

Share you most embarrassing proofreading failure.

Do you still write by hand?

The cold weather and shorter days have Mrs Claus in a reflective mood.

She prefers handwriting when journaling or when she wants to document her thoughts on various projects.

She's getting better at expressing her thoughts on the computer and her phone.

There's just something comforting about putting pen to paper to express thoughts and emotions.

Our wish for you for 2026.

🕯️ A Story for the Ones We Miss — A Last Christmas Wish 🎄

Some books are written with your heart wide open.

A Last Christmas Wish is one of those.

It’s the story of an older woman looking back on a life filled with Christmas Magic—
a life of kindness, of quiet giving, of being there for others.

As she prepares to say goodbye, Santa comes to visit…
Not because she asked him to, but because she was part of the Legacy.
Because the Magic she created mattered.

And in that moment, she learns that Christmas Magic never ends—
it lives on in every smile, every memory, every act of love we’ve shared.

💫 This book is for anyone who’s missing someone this Christmas.
It’s for the families facing their first holiday without a parent, grandparent, or dear friend.
It’s for children who need to know that love doesn’t disappear—and that Santa remembers, too.

Writing this story helped me grieve.
Sharing it has helped others find words for their own goodbyes.

📖 If you’re walking through joy and grief at the same time,
this book was made for you.

On sale now through the end of July, along with all our Santa Legacy books.

🎁 A Wish for the Newest Member of the Santa Legacy — A First Christmas Wish 👶🎄

When a new baby is born into a Santa Legacy family, something magical happens…

At the exact moment they take their first breath, a comet streaks across the North Pole sky.

Snowflakes shimmer. Elves stop their work. And Santa himself places a hand over his heart.

Because this is no ordinary birth—
This is the beginning of a lifelong connection to Christmas Magic.

✨ A First Christmas Wish is the story of that sacred moment.

Of the hopes a family has for their child…
Of Santa’s silent wish for who they’ll grow to be…
And of the moment the child is gently welcomed into The Santa Legacy™.

This book is pure heart. It’s not just for newborns—it’s for families who believe in passing down kindness, wonder, generosity, and love.

Whether it’s your baby’s first Christmas, your grandchild’s, or you simply want to remember the joy of welcoming someone new into the world…

This story is our love letter to the beginning of it all.

📚 On sale now through the end of July, along with all our Santa Legacy books.

🐭 Meet Montgomery Mouse — The Littlest Helper at the North Pole 🎄

At our very first coffee date, Santa John told me a story that had me laughing out loud…

He’d discovered a real mouse in his house—and when it ran out from under the sofa and down his shirt, he screamed like… well, not exactly like Santa. 😅

Later, when he said he needed new stories to tell, I couldn’t stop thinking about that mouse. What if a mouse jumped into Santa’s beard? And what if that mouse turned out to be a hero?

That’s how Montgomery Mouse was born.

In "The Night the Creatures Were Stirring", Montgomery stows away in Santa's beard—and winds up saving Christmas when things go a little sideways.

💫 The message?
You’re never too small to help.

This story means so much to me because it’s funny, sweet, and full of heart. Montgomery reminds us that everyone has something special to offer.

✨ All of our books are on sale through the end of July.
This is the perfect time to grab a copy for your little helper. 🐭❤️

🎉 Two Years Ago, a Hippopotamus (and a Little Bit of Magic) Changed Everything 🦛✨

Two years ago—on July 29—we published our very first book:
A Hippopotamus for Christmas.
When Santa John and I met on a dating app, I had no idea that our first coffee date would include a story about Bruce the Hippo—a story he had told during his home visits. Or that he’d share a dream with me: to create a series of books called True Stories from the North Pole.
It was the beginning of a new chapter in more ways than one.

When Santa John and I met on a dating app, I had no idea that our first coffee date would include a story about Bruce the Hippo—a story he had told during his home visits. Or tmhat he’d share a dream with me: to create a series of books called True Stories from the North Pole.

Six months later, we brought that dream to life. 💫

This story may be silly and fun, but for me—it was a turning point.

Publishing this book gave me the confidence to finally start writing the stories that had been living inside my heart for years.

I wanted to create children’s books that would make people laugh, smile, and learn something valuable.

Now, two years (and five books!) later, The Santa Legacy™ is growing in ways we never imagined.

But it all started…
With a hippo,
A coffee date,
And a dream shared out loud. ❤️

Thank you for believing in us. And happy book-aversary, Bruce! 🎄🦛
