No sooner had we returned from the Northern Beaches Readers Festival, we began dropping like flies! 😷🤧🤒 Jo and Jacq caught covid and Jacq completely lost her voice much to Phil’s delight! 😂 As they were beginning to improve, Fiona caught a virus so we were 3 for 3, and all down for the count 🤦🏻‍♀️ As we are all just beginning to feel healthy again, we’ve made the decision to completely miss a fortnight 🙃 But we will be back in your ears next week to catch you up on everything we’ve been up to… So stay tuned if you want to know: ❓Has Jo completed Book 3 ❓Who submitted to the Affirm Fellowship ❓Who received top marks from CYA Comp All will be revealed in Ep 27: Festivals & Consequences on 21st October 💛

Last night Jo and Fiona celebrated one year of @thewordcountpodcast at one of Melbourne’s favourite writers’ venues @themoatmelb which is underneath the State Library. It is a gorgeous venue with amazing food and cocktails and is filled with books, art and wine 📚 🖼️ 🍷 Sadly, Jacq was at home in Tasmania 😢 so a second celebration is scheduled for when we are all @nbrfestival next week! 💛
