The longer you stay stuck in fear, the longer you will stay stuck on life that’s not meant for you. Fear is a liar. By overcoming fear you will finally become the person you were always destined to be. Challenge yourself do something that scares you. Do it scared, and I promise, you will thank yourself later.

We are all capable of so much more than we think. We’ve been programmed to think that going to school, getting a degree and working a corporate job is the epitome of success. In reality, some of the most successful people I know never went to college, some are even high school dropouts. It all comes down to what success means for you.
For me, freedom is success. Freedom to think for myself, freedom to design my days, freedom to live simply and enjoy the sunshine. I will never get tired of waking up in the morning and just being grateful for being alive, going for a walk and breathing fresh air, feeling that beautiful morning sun on my skin. I always knew that working in the office, being stuck behind a computer was not for me. That’s why I took a leap of faith and invested in my business and my freedom. I am consistently working on myself daily, growing, learning while simply enjoying life.

Reading has always been something that brought me joy. As I got older my book choices evolved as well. But at any given day I am reading two books.
Self development book in the morning as a part of my morning routine and some kind of fiction book as a part of my nighttime routine.

Today I am grateful for my ability to move my body. Such a simple thing to do but so powerful. I am so grateful I fell in love with strength training two years ago. It gave me such sense of empowerment like no other. Instant mood lifter.

Today I am grateful for change.
So many people are afraid of change. Change is scary, especially for someone who is an introvert. Getting out of their comfort zone is what’s preventing many people from reaching their full potential. Fear of judgment, fear of failure is our worst enemy. Freedom begins on the other side of not craving other people’s approval of our actions. We are allowed to change!

Today I am grateful for sunshine. I live in a state where it’s cold, snowing and gloomy from October to March. It can seriously affect your mood. Sun is out today, and I cannot wait to go outside and soak it all up.

Today I am grateful for my ability to forgive others. Not only others, but to be able to forgive myself. We encounter many different people in our lives, most of them don’t stay permanently. They are all meant to teach us something. Some of those people may have betrayed you, hurt you in some way shape or form. That is all part of the lesson. Forgive and move on.
