If you love avocados 🥑 you will love Puerto Rico!🇵🇷 This one was almost as big as my head 😅 Avocados are rich in vitamins, minerals and healthy fats. They are the only fruit which is a complete food—containing all the essential nutrients that you need! ☀️

Protein Oatmeal 🥣

1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup almond milk
2 TBSP almond butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop protein powder

Toppings:
1/4 cup dairy free yogurt
1/2 banana sliced 🍌
1/4 cup blueberries 🫐
1 TBSP granola
1 tsp maple syrup

For all those commenting that peanut butter and chocolate are already from plants, Hersheys has been famous for almost 130 years for MILK chocolate. That’s right, milk from cows not plants. These are made with oats but please continue to show your ignorance by pointing that out. Not only vegans have issues with milk but many others do as well. I’ll be laughing at your shocking stupidity while my engagement just continues to go up! Thanks!

Vegan Pumpkin Ricotta Stuffed Shells.

This is one of my favorite comfort foods. It reminds me of my dad’s famous macaroni and cheese recipe, but vegan! It is incredibly delicious and just right for these cold winter nights we’re still having here in Michigan. Follow for the recipe 🤗

House hunting 🏠 and trip planning ✈️ today at one of the coolest coffee spots in Detroit, . Former church turned coffee haven. It was my first time there and the atmosphere was very warm and inviting 🤗 Iris made lots of friends (as she always does) and I met a fellow yogi 🧘🏾‍♀️. I ordered the Chickpea Vegan Sandwich on sourdough and a Vegan Raspberry Muffin, both were phenomenal! 🤤 They even had a children’s play area for Iris. Perfect spot for busy moms trying to get stuff done while enjoying great eats! I’ll definitely be back! 🥰

These Teriyaki Chick’n Lettuce Wraps 🥬 are the perfect quick lunch or dinner idea! 🙌🏽 Grab a bag of Teriyaki Chick’n Strips, sauté with some red or orange bell peppers, then add teriyaki sauce (included in bag). To serve, spoon the chicken mixture into the center of a lettuce leaf, taco-style. Then top with sesame seeds and green onions! Bon appétit! 👩🏾‍🍳

Recipe:
10 Blueberries
5-6 Mint leaves
2 Tbsp Simple Syrup
1/4 cup Cran-Rapsberry Juice
2 tbsp fresh Lime
1/2 cup Lime Perrier (Soda Water)

1. Muddle (squish with the back of a wooden spoon) well until the mint, simple syrup, and blueberries are well-combined.
2. Fill a glass with ice.
3. Add cran-raspberry juice, then lime juice, and then fill with lime soda.
4. Sit back and enjoy your hangover-free mocktail 😉
