CHOPXTICKS成立於2009年，最初由數位熱愛音樂及Live Show的朋友組成，現時主要策劃人為Alvin及Ruby，實行MUSIC＝LIFE的生活態度。
由2010年起，CHOPXTICKS開始於本地舉辦多場演出，把多支外國樂隊帶到香港之餘，並聯絡本地不同樂隊作暖場嘉賓，促成樂隊音樂交流。
除了舉辦演出外，CHOPXTICKS還樂意替本地樂隊推出專輯，我們的設計師、錄音師等團隊，都能夠為樂隊提供專業意見，務求達到樂隊的要求。
2013年，CHOPXTICKS衝出香港，為美國樂隊pacificUV舉辦首個亞洲巡迴演出，並且將他們帶到中國，舉行一連十場的內地巡演。

. CHOPXTICKS have been organizing live shows for foreign bands since 2010. By inviting both foreign and local bands, there is always cultural exchange during the shows which enhance the quality of local bands. Apart from organizing live shows, CHOPXTICKS is fond of helping local bands release their own album by providing professional opinion on album design, recording skills, etc. In 2013, CHOPXTICKS expands to cities outside Hong Kong. CHOPXTICKS organized an Asia tour for the american band PACIFICUV, following by a ten-shows-tour in China.
