Traveling is a super fun experience, but one common downside is the jet lag that often accompanies long-haul flights.
Interestingly, many people, including myself, notice that jet lag tends to hit harder when coming home rather than during the trip itself.
While on my trip I have zero issues adjusting to my new time zone, while when I come back home, the time difference always hits me hard.
