Photos from our first full day out on the land we had to dig out our camp from all of the brush. And dig a fire pit and a cook pit. The first night I made peppers and onions and burger Patty’s it was really delicious day. And it was cold at night we adjusted to the sounds and absence of sound and made life simple for a full 4 days. I will be sharing more photos and videos of our journey with you all I hope you enjoy.

On our way into Colorado we took the long way around and we be taking the shorter route back to Salt Lake City today. Still a 10 hour trek but we are up for the adventure! As much as I have loved sleeping in the van in the out in the wilderness in San Luis valley and being outdoors the last 6 days! I am ready for my bed! More photos to come ! We saw wild horses, deer, elk, antelope, a friendly little kangaroo rat came to visit for treats in the evening! We saw moose skat and bison skat as well telling us they also pass through the area! Heard coyotes howling at the moon each night and although it was intimidating it was also exhilarating!

I am down 6 lbs in 2 weeks. I found myself at my heaviest (non pregnant ) weight of 183 lbs…. Was not happy about it and my blood pressure issues I have always had. I am determined to make life style changes that implement loving my body a little more than my addiction to food. Food has always been an issue with me to comfort me …. And high stress I have also lost a ton of weight from loss of appetite…. I hope by implementing these lifestyle changes gradually I will continue to feel better about my self and see improvements to my health and my energy levels. All I know is the closer too gods creation it is the better it is for you. I have started there and have even been experiencing some unforseen panic attacks…. I feel like it’s all apart of the healing detox process and will keep on keeping on. Cheering me on but also not giving up when I give in to a temptation here and there. Doing this for me! Because I love myself is the only reason I need… the best thing I have done in a while and I plan to continue.

Back to basics the closer to nature it is the best yet it is for you. Been conscious eating again for a little over a week and I’m feeling so good. Not perfect but I am getting back to it!!

5 cups of cold filter water
2 whole limes (cut in 1/2)
3 tbsp of raw honey (more or less to taste)

Blend and strain! It is absolutely delicious!

The ace of earth shows me that collectively for many there is a need for solution when it comes to some of these matters right now. They’re is encouraging energy here saying to try out the new thing or that an answer that is being sought out will present solution soon.

I knew I was back here from the humid air and the people with road rage. 🙄😆

Took my daughter for some dunkin this morning. She has a busy day so just waiting out in my rental for a while until I can check into my hotel.
