Paul Stephens is a Loving Husband, Dedicated Father and Grandfather, mentor, Disciple, Elder, and Teacher. Paul is the first person Phil Robertson shared Jesus with! In this podcast, we asked Paul to take us through his story and talk about those influential in his life during those troubling and challenging times. Some of those that Paul mentions (please excuse the spelling) are OCS Football Coach Wayne Sprole, William Guyton, and Carl Allison. Paul talks of their sweet, loving wife, Kim, and what a rock she has been for him and their family. Paul also talks about his relationship with Phil Robertson, the Duck Commander, and how their relationship started at OCS when Phil was Paul's baseball coach. One thing led to another, and as their relationship grew, Phil led Paul to Jesus Christ. From there, they spent hours running fish nets together and talking about Jesus. Paul became family to the Robertsons and was the first reed builder for Duck Commander and tunned duck calls. We are so blessed that Paul took the time to be our guest and tell us how Jesus worked in his life After The Gun Shoots. Paul talked about his story on the Unashamed Podcast several years ago.

Some years of which her mom and dad, Hope and John Goff, played a massive role in my life. They stepped in and helped my dad when my mom and dad separated. They would take me to church, get me off to school, take me on church retreats, but most of all, they loved me! Marty's book "Two Weeks to Forever" is an excellent read! This comes from someone who reads Bible commentaries, biographies, prepping, etc. It was a very eloquent read and very tastefully written. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Burly is also one of the original Duckmen. I want to know more about Burly and his story if you are like me. It just so happened that I served at the last WFR Men's Retreat, and Burly attended. Throughout the weekend, I had several opportunities to sit and talk with Burly. There, I found a man who is very humble, very giving, loves Jesus, and has a heart the size of the globe. Over the weekend, Burly and I exchanged contact information and asked him to be my guest on Let's Talk Fortitude. Burly lives in Colorado, so we had to work out a time that he would be duck hunting in Louisiana. Dates were agreed on three months prior. The anticipation and excitement were excellent! Burly also allowed us to record in the Duck Commander Lair; what an honor. We also had the opportunity to see inside the Unashamed podcast studio. A massive Thank You to Al Robertson as well!Once we started recording, Burly did not disappoint! His love for Jesus and his servant's heart come out immediately!
