When a flashlight 🔦 starts to flicker and grow dim, you don't toss out the flashlight, you change its batteries.
The same goes with people, when somebody finds themselves in a dark place, you don't toss them aside, you help them charge their batteries.
Someone might need a double AA, attention and affection or maybe a triple AAA, attention, affection and acceptance, or maybe they need a C battery for Compassion, or how about a D battery for Direction.
And after all that, if they still refuse to shine, simply sit with them quitely and share your light.

Hello September! It is my brand anniversary today.
And I thought of saying hi and showing my newly added color to my brand, olive green, my identity photo, and a humble office from home.
I’m Melva, but you can call me Mel. I am the founder of Melva Digital Hub. So yeah, it is me who you are going to work with at MDH and I am looking forward to meeting you!
I am from the Philippines and I took a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration major in Entrepreneurial Management.
Since I was a kid, I have loved playing with colors and creating art has been my hobby, selling my products to my adult friends really satisfied me especially if they give me real money so I can buy more colors for my collections lol…
Now I love helping entrepreneurs and feel so blessed to cater to them with my services that are related to what I love doing the most.
I have been a Brand Strategist and Designer for over 3 years and counting, and working with different clients has been such a great experience, I think I have improved a lot in the freelancing industry.
I offer strategic branding, graphic design, social media management, real estate title transfer locally and human resources.
My designs are more into simplicity, elegance, sophistication, and aesthetics, which help me decide on my niche and focus on Female-led Businesses.
Lastly, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my friends and clients who have been very supportive of my digital hub since the beginning. You guys are amazing!

Getting into the right mindset can be as easy as starting the habit of writing in your gratitude journal every morning, or reading some uplifting mindset quotes like the ones in this post.
I believe that we have more control over our mindset than we think.
We tend to let feelings of frustration and negativity creep into our heads and slowly take control over our mindset and our actions.
It is up to us what thoughts we let into our brains.
I have gotten into the habit of actively breaking down how I am thinking throughout the day.
I am about to print my own customized design planner/journal and I am excited to jot down anything under the sun.

Why do you need social media branding? Brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints is a challenge for every company, let alone each social network. How do you ensure that customers can recognize your brand even if it’s their first time seeing you on social media? A brand is more than a logo or set of colors, and it’s so much more than a cover photo. A brand is how you make your customers feel, and it’s built by taking a consistent approach across every interaction they have with your brand. *Cover your basics I won’t go into the minute details of basic branding, but what you do want to make sure is that you have is a consistent logo, color palette, bio, boilerplate and handle. Some companies like to change logo styling slightly between networks depending on how small the allotted photo space is and the interests of those specific audiences. Whichever you choose, the most important thing is to ensure your profiles have a common thread that people will recognize as your brand. In the above example, one of my amazing clients' "FIT @ 60", uses a Facebook profile and cover photo/banner, the colors in the banner reflect those in the logo. You could implement this with different banner designs by retaining a recognizable brand color palette. Once you’ve got the basics of branding your social profiles down, then you’re able to move on to more intermediate strategies. Even your basic branding strategy should be audited and updated quarterly. Your audience craves new content, and your brand should evolve alongside that, especially on social media. Branding your social media presence takes time and like your posting schedule, will need consistency, forward-thinking and focus to implement.
