Rebuilding my strength back and finding my new mom routine. I want to say the hardest part is getting to know my body again. Taking 7 weeks off strength training and going thru a C-section where they cut 7 layers. 😮💨 Also working on my posture since I feel like I’m hunched 24/7 now. Also my first pelvic floor therapy isn’t until April. 😳 In the meantime, I got to of some work on my own. Slowly getting back to weight training. 🏋🏻♀️ The feeling of post workout is always a great feeling. It’s a good relief and de-stresses me personally. This isn’t to show weight loss or how fast to bounce back. Been doing breathing core engagement exercises 3 weeks postpartum. I started earlier but it was a bit harder as I was still swollen in the abdominal area. I probably feel 80% better but still haven’t done any weight training. Starting over isn’t fun but we here taking it day by day. #gym #postpartum #csection #momlife #postcsection #postpartumfitness
What a year 2023 was with starting the new year finding out I was pregnant to having a miscarriage 💔. To finding out I was pregnant again 🌈 🤰🏻Then going to our hawaii trip and witnessing maui wildfire. Navigating pregnancy with gestetional diabetes, staying active, and running small business. Ending the year with recovery from c-section, learning about newborn life and starting our little family. 👨👩👧 A year of lots of emotions 🥰😂 🧘♀️
