Tried my hand at making a picture out of a gift bag. Bag, easel and frame from DT. Lights from Amazon. I used a 10x12 bag and and cut it down to fit an 8x10 frame. The lights were a 30 ct , battery operated fairy light set. I taped the lights onto the back,no holes made, and then replaced the back of the frame. I used a small amount of velcro to attach the battery pack to the back.

A different spin on the styrofoam heart. I saw one last year in Walgreens and I thought I would give it a try. Not finished with it yet but I already love it.
I used:
Styrofoam heart from dollar tree
2 packages of pink rose petals also from dollar tree
A Phillips screwdriver to gently twist rose petal into styrofoam

I made these candy lights using the dollar tree large bowls. Instead of gluing them together, I glued Velcro strips on the sides so I can take them apart and stack them for storage after the holidays. This also allowed me to shove lights inside. The cellophane may be wasted but I still have most of the roll left. I mixed in the “ornament” with the dollar tree smaller bowls for variety.

Not sure if this counts as a craft or not but couldn’t afford ribbon for the tree so I improvised and used a tablecloth ...

Not sure if this counts as a craft or not but couldn’t afford ribbon for the tree so I improvised and used a tablecloth from DT that I cut into strips. It was easier then Ribbon to hang on the tree since the felt backing helped keep the shape well!
