Hello everyone, I want to post a survey today and I need your help to improve my products. I am making a habit planner based on the atomic habit book and now I want to know more about the demands and needs of the customers with the following questions.

1- What tool do you usually use to create a habit?
A) Hobbit tracking apps

3 Steps to create new Habits:

Step1 | Make it easy
Start so simple that you can’t ignore it.
✨be patient
✨ don’t think about the result
✨ focus on it until it becomes a habit
For example: When you want to create reading habits; You can start by reading just 1 page.

Step2 | Increase it gradually
✨We are not supposed to continue our habit in the same way forever, we will gradually increase it.
For example: Add 2 pages to the book reading every three days.

Step3 | Set a specific GOAL for it
✨When we reach the goal we set for our habit, we stick to it.
For example: When you reach reading 20 pages of the book a day, break the process of increasing pages (every 3 days ,2 pages) and make it a habit.
