This little girl is from the ika nation ! Please help share to save a soul.

This very young and promising girl by name: Sarah hails from Owere-Olubor in Ika North East LGA, was born on 18th October 2001 to the family of Mr and Mrs Marcauley Ese.

According to her father, they noticed this cancerous growth first in February 2020, as her poor parents have spent so much of their time and hard earned resources to ensure this beloved daughter of theirs returns to her normal self, they have been pained(as much as I am pained typing this) by her distress, discomfort and the traumatic pains she passes through even till this moment.
She is just 18 years old. She is from Delta State. Her residential address is Umungbala Quarters, Amachai, Opposite SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ugbolu.

Her parents are now so distressed as they cannot afford any more treatment having spent so much and so they have come public to seek help from Govt and well meaning Nigerians.
