It’s disappointing to see so many folks falling for this proposal of 25,000 down payment for home buyers. This will in fact raise the cost of homes by 25,000. It’s an almost automatic mechanism of economics. The same thing happens with subsidies and tax credits(electric vehicles). The examples are numerous and you’d have to be purposely ignoring the evidence in front of your face.

Never forget 9/11. And along with that, never forget how our government used this crisis to create the biggest surveillance state we’ve ever seen.

Focusing all your hatred at the billionaires is misguided.
1. You could confiscate all the money from the billionaires and run the government for a whopping 8 months.
2. You’re missing the fact that both Democrats and Republicans get themselves in bed with these super rich people, heck they even emulate them. So many politicians who complain about the rich and how much stuff they have also own several houses and cars.
3. If these business owners and billionaires are so evil, why do both parties let the lobbyists from said corporations help write the regulations that in effect help eliminate their competitors and make it much harder to start a business?
4. If big business is so evil, why did both parties give the green light to the big box stores to operate as usual during Covid and then proceed to put the limitations on the small businesses effectively putting about 29% of them out of business by the time the “pandemic “ was over with? Doesn’t seem like something that people who care about small businesses would do.
In essence, it seems too many people look to government for solutions to solve the problems that government regulations and interventions create in the first place. Maybe it’s time to seek sovereignty of the self instead of getting wrapped up in political group think and continuing down the road of letting politicians run the lives of everyone.

If you watch the Republican or Democrat National Conventions to get the truth, you’ll get it in minute amounts while being inundated with unconstitutional or immoral promises. If your party runs on the mantra of mind your damn business, why won’t you condemn the mass surveillance state we currently live under? Maybe it’s because they thrive on secrecy while everything you say or do is under a microscope. You can never hope to be free when your government is veiled in secrecy.

One of the best German Shepherds you could ask for crossed the rainbow bridge a little bit ago. Abby loved us all and made us feel safe. She passed in her favorite spot right in front of the front door. She gave us 13 years of loyalty, love, and stubbornness. I'm sure the mailman won't miss her but we sure will. Your watch is over sweetheart. Rest easy old friend.
