Another month went by and the Bandcamp Friday is back. Please, use the opportunity to get hands on some of the sonic manifests released under the Lavadome banner... Some of the Lavadome releases are down to very few copies (see below).

There are preorders for the magnificent Psicosfera album (CD/MC/T-Shirt) in progress and the new Wells Valley album, which still shocks me how great it is, is available on CD, plus the pre-orders for T-Shirts are still lasting as I was not able to close them yet but that will be done after the weekend. Sorry for being the pain and just sitting on those T-Shirt pre-orders for an extra while.

All the pre-order prices are at slightly lower range and will drop higher after the pre-order period is over. I will try to stick to that policy if possible.

There's last five copies of Heaving Earth's Darkness of God album available from Lavadome. One last copy of the previous album.

Many releases promise an uncompromising degree of sonic destruction, but rarely follow through with ideas interesting and well-crafted enough to deliver on that promise. Life Desecration, the debut offering from Czechia’s Altars Ablaze takes a nuclear sledgehammer to that trend.

Prepare for a flurry of blackened death carnage that concentrates enough concussive force to rival the most vicious of their more primitive antecedents. But this quintet sets itself apart by refusing to sacrifice compelling artistry in the pursuit of sonic savagery.

ALTARS ABLAZE’s mode of attack hearkens back to the finest moments of the infernal blasting death metal of the late 90s (embodied by the likes of ANGELCORPSE, HATE ETERNAL and DIABOLIC), blended with the most aggressive specimens of Nordic black metal, such as 1349 and SETHERIAL. But these are merely convenient points of reference. ALTARS ABLAZE are consummately unique in their interpretation of their style, with nuanced riffing and a command of dynamics, far exceeding those of any superficially comparable act.

Following the release of the EP "Falling Into Damnation", in this upcoming November, Continuum Of Xul will enter the studio to record the debut album.

Umberto Poncina (Huronian,Valgrind,Knivesfall) has been engaged as a session bass player, only for the record.
Mixing and Mastering will be made by M. Desecrator at (Milan, IT).

Tya said about it:
"Matteo and I are shaping the band's sound by inserting new and fresh elements. We tried to compose songs that were really intense and powerful from start to finish but, above all, distinguishable from each other. He, in this way, demonstrated all his skills. There will be a lot of fast, furious and brutal songs interspersed with some unhealthy, probably unsettling indeas. The new drummer, Bestia, is truly amazing. A total monster behind the kit and he’s very well integrated into the band, giving active support to the songwriting. Very happy that he decided to follow our path.

So, it’s time to enter the Abyss.”
