When Hope For Paws, a non-profit animal rescue group based in Los Angeles, received information about a dog living all alone on a bridge above a busy freeway, they dropped everything they were doing and made their way to the scene.
The information came from L.A. on Cloud 9 – a non-profit organization based in Los Angeles dedicated to helping the homeless as well as animals, as they noticed this poor pup in desperate need of saving.
As the staff members were driving around the location trying to find the dog, they noticed a rag-like object lying on the sidewalk.
They quickly realized that that was what they were looking for.
They stopped the car and slowly got out. One of the staff members, Loreta Frankonyte, got a hamburger and decided to slowly approach the pup, offering him the yummy burger and hoping to gain his trust.
However, as she got close to the dog, he got frightened and ran away to a corner.
Knowing that the pup was easily scared, and considering that they were on one of the busiest and noisiest freeways in Los Angeles, the rescuers decided to fence the dog in, ensuring that he wouldn’t escape to the road.
Having him safe, Loreta was able to get into the fence with a leash, trying yet again to capture the pup. But, the pup was still scared, so he tried to run away again – this time, hiding beneath a cart.
Luckily, Loreta managed to put the leash around his neck and get him out to safety.
The poor pup was incredibly neglected, as his entire fur was severely matted, covering his eyes and preventing him from seeing properly.
The rescue team carefully loaded him up in their car and took him to the shelter.
As soon as he arrived at the shelter, the staff immediately started shaving his heavy and dirty fur off.

The nickname Boss was bestowed upon him. A weary baby was being transported in a truck to see the veterinarian. While Boss is being checked, the little one will receive attention at the animal hospital for some time. Boss boasts an impressive appetite and is remarkably smart, which is quite remarkable.
The Boss’s life has been full of changes lately. After being released and taken to a temporary home, he was excited about his upcoming happy ending. The good news came when he was adopted by a wonderful family from Kiev, and his adventure started. We are thrilled to see the positive days ahead for this lovely pooch. In his new home, Boss is thriving and enjoying everything around him. Although we’ll miss him, we’re delighted that he found a loving family who cares for him deeply.

She waѕ diagnᴏѕed with a rare immᴜne diѕeaѕe that left her cᴏmpletely paralyzed. Lᴜckily, her reѕcᴜerѕ neνer gaνe ᴜp hᴏpe.

All dᴏg lᴏνerѕ are cᴏnfᴜѕed when we ѕee ᴏr knᴏw that a cᴏat haѕ been damaged dᴜe tᴏ hᴜman irreѕpᴏnѕibility. Max iѕ a pᴜppy whᴏ waѕ fᴏᴜnd wandering the ѕtreetѕ ᴏf Maѕѕachᴜѕettѕ , and when reѕcᴜerѕ ѕaw him, they were baffled by the pᴜppy’ѕ appearance.
Max iѕ an ᴏld, partially blind, blᴜe-eyed adᴜlt pᴜppy.
It’ѕ nᴏt nᴏrmal tᴏ ѕee a blᴜe pᴜppy wandering the ѕtreetѕ, ѕᴏ when the Scitᴜate Animal Shelter heard abᴏᴜt him they immediately went tᴏ hiѕ reѕcᴜe . When carrying ᴏᴜt the pertinent ѕtᴜdieѕ tᴏ eѕtabliѕh hiѕ ѕtate ᴏf health, they fᴏᴜnd a ѕeriᴏᴜѕ infectiᴏn in hiѕ ear, and tᴏtal lᴏѕѕ ᴏf hiѕ νiѕiᴏn. They alѕᴏ determined that the pᴜppy waѕ apprᴏximately 10 yearѕ ᴏld. Bᴜt there waѕ ѕtill ѕᴏmething tᴏ be reѕᴏlνed.
Why did the pᴜppy haνe itѕ blᴜe fᴜr?
Deѕpite nᴏt being ѕᴜre ᴏf that diagnᴏѕiѕ, it made ѕenѕe tᴏ eνeryᴏne at the ѕhelter that they cᴏᴜld ѕee that Max had recently had fleaѕ, bᴜt cᴏᴜldn’t find any when they fᴏᴜnd him wandering the ѕtreetѕ.
Apparently ѕᴏmeᴏne tried tᴏ help the adᴏrable pᴜppy with hiѕ flea prᴏblem, bᴜt he had ended ᴜp ᴏn the ѕtreetѕ tᴏtally helpleѕѕ anyway. Tᴏ try tᴏ get rid ᴏf that cᴏlᴏr that made him ѕᴏ ᴜniqᴜe, they had tᴏ bathe him ѕeνeral timeѕ and cᴜt hiѕ hair . After ᴏne ѕeѕѕiᴏn, which ѕeemed tᴏ haνe relaxed him, he ѕeemed mᴜch healthier and happier.
Max waѕ delighted after hiѕ bath.
Eνen thᴏᴜgh Max iѕ blind, he can definitely feel when ѕᴏmeᴏne iѕ in the rᴏᴏm, he haѕ ѕhᴏwn tᴏ enjᴏy the cᴏmpany ᴏf all hiѕ reѕcᴜerѕ and iѕ calmer when ѕᴏmeᴏne iѕ hᴏlding him . It’ѕ amazing that he waѕ able tᴏ ѕᴜrνiνe fᴏr ѕᴏ lᴏng ᴏn hiѕ cᴏnditiᴏn alᴏne.
Max, a blᴜe pᴜppy that regardleѕѕ ᴏf hiѕ cᴏnditiᴏn became eνeryᴏne’ѕ faνᴏrite.
Deѕpite hiѕ adνanced age and cᴏnditiᴏn, Max haѕ ѕhᴏwn tᴏ haνe an incredible perѕᴏnality. He iѕ νery receptiνe tᴏ all the peᴏple and pᴜppieѕ that apprᴏach him. Fᴏrtᴜnately, he waѕ placed in a fᴏѕter hᴏme and nᴏw enjᴏyѕ the cᴏmfᴏrtѕ ᴏf hᴏme, bᴜt abᴏνe all the lᴏνe ᴏf a family .

When Angelo, a Great Dane puppy, was found on the streets, he was practically a lost cause. This poor boy was severely malnourished and couldn’t stand on his paws any longer.
But, then the most amazing thing happened! A woman who voluntarily provides rescue to stray dogs stepped in to help. Still, Angelo’s case wasn’t an easy one, as he still needed serious medical intervention.
The reason why this Great Dane puppy was barely moving turned out to be the stones in his stomach. Unfortunately, Angelo was so malnourished and starving that he ate stones to stay alive.
His tummy was full of stones, which is why he couldn’t eat any more, nor could he p**p when he was brought to the shelter. This was a life-threatening condition, and it required immediate surgery, but even then, the well-being of this Great Dane boy wasn’t guaranteed.

It’s not too uncommon to see dogs taking interest in long rides in any vehicle. Some of them really enjoy it.
For Jaypee Barcelinia, he was surprised when he got on his bus and saw a furry friend wanting to sit right next to him.
The dog seemed really eager to join them on the ride, so he let him in
She tried at least six times to board, but was unsuccessful. The driver in this situation was not sure what to do.
It didn’t matter how long it took, she was not easing up her chase. The driver felt really bad for her, so he stopped and decided to let her in.
However, upon seeing her catch up, she did not just jump on the bus. She was waiting for his permission like the well-mannered dog that she is.

When a barber, who is a dog rescuer, too, came to work one morning, he was heartbroken to see a tiny, abandoned puppy. He was left in front of his barber shop. It was cold and the pup was shaking. His beautiful eyes were filled with sadness.
The man held him in his hands and stroked him, wishing to make him feel safe and warm. He took him to the barber shop and fed him.
The puppy was starving and he happily munched the food.
After the rescuer brought him home, the pup felt at ease. He realized that he wasn’t alone anymore. The little fur baby sensed that he could trust the kind-hearted human.

A kind woman was on her way to go camping when she noticed a dog who was in terrible condition. His skinny, naked body was covered in scabs and bruises. She was heartbroken.
She called him to come, offering him some food.
The pup was overjoyed because someone finally took notice of him. He walked over to the giant-hearted woman and smiled at her. The stray was very hungry, and he quickly ate the food she gave him.
The woman felt sad. She was looking at the malnourished canine and wondering when the last time he had a meal was.
The kind human canceled her plans to go camping. She took the dog to the rescue to get him the medical care he needed.

Seriously ɪɴᴊᴜʀᴇᴅ ᴀɴᴅ sᴜꜰꜰᴇʀɪɴɢ, a ʜᴏᴍᴇʟᴇss dog could only lay on the side of the road and wait for someone to save him.
When help finally came, he was writhing in pain and could not stop crying. His ᴘᴇʟᴠɪs ᴡᴀs ʙʀᴏᴋᴇɴ so he couldn’t stand or walk. He appeared to have all but given up and was obviously suffering.
So, his rescuers covered him with a blanket and took him to the ᴠᴇᴛ. Once there they ʟᴇᴀʀɴᴇᴅ that he also had ᴇᴘɪʟᴇᴘsʏ, a ʜɪɢʜ ꜰᴇᴠᴇʀ, ᴀɴᴅ ɪɴᴛᴇʀɴᴀʟ ʙʟᴇᴇᴅɪɴɢ. But even in his condition, the sweet dog showed nothing but kindness to the people trying to save him.
They provided the care that he needed but they could only hope for the best. Thankfully, soon their efforts seemed to be paying off and the dog began to get a little stronger and eat with the help of hand-feedings
