The first Keepers Brew gig of the year is now just a week away!
This is going to be a super fun and intimate set for the lovely people at The Art House Southampton.

Come on down for a dance and a catch up on all things KB shaped.
For this show the line-up will include Greyum, Stu and Adam performing a live electronic set. Playing a mixture of familar KB music as well as some rather strange new music too!
For this years live performances, Keepers Brew will be appearing in two different guises.
Keepers Brew (Live Electronic Set) - Featuring Greyum ,Adam and Stu.
And the very exciting new Keepers Brew full live band set, with additional live drums and vocals! 😮

Noisily Festival of Music and Arts

Dear Noisily,

The final order of business before we sink our teeth into planning Noisily 2020, is to proudly present the official aftermovie for this year’s festival. We thought it a nigh on impossible task, yet through some sort of digital alchemy and a vast amount of skill, Jon and his team have managed to capture the true essence of the festival in what is far and away the best video we’ve ever had. It made the hair on our arms and neck stand on end, and our eyes well up with pride. Enjoy!

Super chuffed that E:Clipse Music totally smashed it on Friday @ Noisily festival!!

Wow. Noisily Festival of Music and Arts! You smashed it out of the park! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to play on the epic Treehouse Stage on Friday night, and for all of the amazing friends old and new that we met at the festival along the way!! Thank you so much everyone who made this weekend so magical!!! 🐭🐄💗🎶

Bad Tango

Not actually done this before, but it seems that seeing as the music we make, especially in this sector, has so much personal back story to it that it seems silly not to make light of it every once in a while.

So it only took about nine years for me to finally do a remix for him, but Adam and I first crossed paths back in 2010 when I first started out as Bad Tango and was trying to get some releases under my belt. I’d asked Toni Big Mistake if he’d be so kind as to let me remix one of his tunes, I was astounded when he said yes. This turned out to be my first ever release as BT, which was Big Mistake - Paradigma (Bad tango Remix). Within days of completion Toni was so happy with the remix that he asked if i’d like to do another, so I had a crack at his absolute masterpiece ‘Guenon’, which was due to be released on Psychoactive Records.

I had no idea Psychoactive was run by Adam, and one day he called me up out of the blue to give me some pointers on the remix. Adam used to write Psybreaks under the alias 'Peak' and formed one half of the early Psy Breaks act 'RMS & Peak'. These guys were legends to me. Everyone on Broken Robot Records at that time were personal heroes of mine, so when Adam rang me up it was like speaking to David Bowie or something 😂 I tried to play it cool, but I was a super excitable 22 year old speaking to one of my idols, so i’m not sure how well I did. Anyway the remix itself unfortunately never came to light because I simply couldn’t get it quite right, think Toni set the bar a little too high!

Adam and I stayed in touch online until we first crossed paths at Sunrise in Leeds back in 2011. Within the first ten minutes of meeting and chatting he sent me a copy of Stutter Edit from his phone, and I remember thinking this is the coolest guy ever! This dude is a legitimate technological wizard, and I don’t use those words lightly. It shows in all of his other music projects, from his Re:Creation Psy Trance project to his OverSoul (I’m not sure what) project. It’s no wonder him and his equally wonderful partner Laura Jenkins (official) Fan Page are music teachers, the pair of them together are a force of nature.

It’s funny that it’s taken nine years to actually write a remix for Psychoactive, particularly as my actual studio computer came from Adam!! And it seems fitting that it should be for Adam and Laura’s collaborative endeavour E:Clipse Music that I finally did one for, as i was at Adam and Laura’s house when I figured out how best to propose to my partner, who in just over a weeks time will be my wife

Wow. After many sleepless nights and a lot of technical jiggery pokery, I have finally finished and mastered the new album! 'Break The Matrix' is my hardest hitting, and most dance floor orientated work yet - I can't wait to share it with you all!

It's going to be released on Psychoactive Records on the 26th of this month! If you want to hear it before then, come on down to Heartbreakers in Southampton on Friday for the release party - Free entry all night!!
