Wherever you go comes with its own unique challenges. Sometimes, where you are running to, may not be better than where you are.

The irony in this world is that,

The couples living upstairs may be doing EVERYTHING it takes to get pregnant, their neighbours living downstairs may be doing EVERYTHING it takes to stop getting pregnant.

The one upstairs is envious of the one downstairs. The ones downstairs are thinking the ones upstairs are living their best lives.

This is the world we are living in, opportunities and grace are not given equally. Of all the beautiful songs, albums, and features of 2Face Idibia, none won him a Grammy. But Tems who just came on board is basking happily in her first Grammy win.

Be yourself!

Flourish where you are planted. . . Whether in the bushes of West Africa or on the glamorous street lights of Europe and America.

Rid yourself of unnecessary comparisons this week and you will begin to blossom like the Lily (Hosea 14:5)

Jesus Will Forever Be Worth It!

Here's Mercy Chinwo. Picture 1(2012), she sang on the Nigeria Idol platform and won the hearts of many Nigerians, she won the competition, 7.5million naira, a car, et al.

Here's she (Picture 2) many years later ceasing souls to Christ in their numbers, wrecking havoc in hell, capturing hearts in their numbers.

Back in 2012, she had money, she had the fame already, she had the fan base, SHE HAD TALENT. Many were practically begging her to release her album that year, she did some interviews and spoke about how she still had to "hustle." to make it.

In that process, she turned around to Christ to serve Him fully, and just look at her, a living epistle for us to learn from.

Dear Minister Mercy, I'm thinking you had fears, for one of the most daring thing to do us to turn away from the applause of the world, and run into the arms of Jesus OPENLY.
I'm thinking you had doubts, doubts of whether tongues would wag.

But you knew there was something more, you knew the world was offering you crumbs compared to what Jesus had to offer you.

Today, we're glad to have such a representative for the kingdom, we're glad you have joined the number of Saints who dare to sing the heart of the Master. We're glad that indeed, the cross is your gaze.

We celebrate you Minister Mercy. We see all that God is doing through you, and our hearts rejoice. Thank you for singing this message. Thank you for not staying longer. You have proven that indeed, Jesus is all that matters to you.

And now we see that your songs are not just words, they are a revelation. Happy birthday Minister Chinwo. You do much more ma'am đŸ’œđŸ”„

They are running their churches 100% better than the way the president is running the country.

The fact is many Nigerians are loosing it. They can't think beyond going after pastors.

In what way has pastors prevented Nigeria from owning an airline

In what way do pastors prevent Nigeria from having industries

Less than 0.0001% of pastors own Jets in Nigeria. ----but no, let us forget the over 70% that earn less than 50k/month and focus on the 0.0001% than own jets.

If you run your governments the way church leaders are running churches. Nigeria might be a Qatar right now. In all these argument Canaanland has had stable electricity and water supply for its over 15,000 residents since 1999 and is already on the verge of converting waste to electricity. RCCG is producing 25MW of electricity. Yet your ... govt you pay compulsory tax, vat, CIT, Pet Tax has not been able to give you light decades after independence.

Living Faith has more than 25,000 Staff and has never owed any of them salary! Yet your state govt that collects Allocation plus Tax cannot pay full salary.

Living Faith, a single Church, is schooling 16 thousand of your Citizens in Higher institutions and many more at primary and Secondary levels yet you think you have the capacity to waggle your tongue

I went for Shiloh all through and stayed in the staff quarters, yet it was electricity all through; for one second, water did not go off in spite of thousands that were present. On a normal day you won't walk 20 metres before you find a segregated bin to dispose your waste.

The entire area was fully covered by different layers of Security with multiple CCTV and IoT enabled barrier gates. And yet your Abuja, capital of the Nation does not have CCTV yet you open your .... mouth to talk down on pastors!

Between the guy that calls himself Area father and Bishop David Oyedepo Ministries International who resigned a federal job and started a Church of 3 people and has widened it to over 6,000 churches globally, over 200 schools, 2 hospitals, Over 1000 hectares farm for livestock and crop, Another farm in Igbesa and CU. With 15,000 housing Estate in progress, Water factories, Zeolite factory, One Research center, a scholarship fund, Beverage factories, 10 million books, Publishing house, Radio Station etc who has had more impact or who will have better capacity to govern the nation...?????

Canaanland hosts hundreds of thousands of people every week yet no stampede ever. Government gathered people at stadium for recruitment exercise and before it even began, many were dead!

Living Faith already has a master plan till 2032 yet govt does not have a plan for 2020!

You know Illogicality is the trademark of most Africans. They fail to think beyond their prejudices and sentiments hence Africa has remained on the ground.

Can we imagine how developed the nation would have been if we have people with the right mindset at the helm of the nation’s affairs?

Tanzanian President John Magufuli To African Leaders..

“They asked us to lock-down everywhere, (our) economy including churches because of COVID-19. Some gullible African leaders rushed to do that. But I refused, I told them God is bigger than COVID-19.
They mocked us thinking that we are fools. Unknown to some African leaders, these people that deceived you into denying God and subjecting your people to untold hardship already have ways to make their economy work again, they will use Africa...

While African leaders were busy shutting down their economies, they were busy making plans on how to give Africa loans for them to control us with heavy debts...This is the plan, they will use Africa to make their economy work for free while Africa will cede their lands, resources and independence to survive... Tanzania can never be part of this mess... We're COVID-19 free and our economy is booming.

SHOULD FEMALE BELIEVERS WEAR TROUSERS? Gloria Bamiloye answers


Deuteronomy 22:5 KJVS
[5] The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God.

The scripture does not specify the cloths for the man and the one for the woman from this verse. And so it depends on what each country ,nations ,Tribe accepts as the cloth for the man or for woman
For example in our country Nigeria ,there are so many tribes and tongues not to talk about the world. This scripture therefore does not specify but the Lord expect us to now walk with our initiatives on how a child of God should dress based on where he or she comes from.

In the western world, Men and women wear trousers. Women have her own special way of sewing their trousers and the same with men.

In Africa, we have some who wear trousers while majority don’t.

Now coming down to our country, in yoruba land, culturally, ladies don’t wear trousers while men wear. In some parts of Nigeria, in some tribes, men tie wrapper like women
Because of these varieties in tribes and culture all over the world it is difficult to say this is how somebody should dress. In Scotland for example, men wear skirt like women.
1 Corinthians 8:9 KJVS
[9] But take heed lest by any means this liberty of yours become a stumbling block to them that are weak.

Even though we have liberty to put on whatever we feel like wearing, we must not become stumbling block for others who are weak. That is to say according to Paul if ordinary eating of meat will course your brother to stumble away from faith ,he said he will not eat meat again

[11] And through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died? [
12] But when ye sin so against the brethren, and wound their weak conscience, ye sin against Christ
[13] Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to offend.

Jesus did not come to the world to die for himself. He came for you and me. He denied himself of his glory coming to the world and working around touching lives. He became poor so we can be rich. He did everything for the souls of men.
My brethren, if we are saved, it is not only for you. You are saved to rise up for others. So you are not to be concerned about only your comfort . Think about others who are looking up to you. Wearing of trousers or not is not actually the issue because many born again sisters are wearing other things more terrible than trousers because according to them, they love to be comfortable.

There are some terrible trousers people wear these days that reveal all the shape and contour of their bodies same with very tight and mini skirts.
Where is the love of God in us if our intention is to cause others to fall?
You may not know but that is the target of the enemy.

We were coming from outside the country some times ago, and at the airport I saw a married lady with her child and husband following. She wore a very tight pair of jeans trousers which exposed her in a very seductive way . It was too tight that it is difficult to explain. Such a lady is married, but to her she just wanted to wear something she loved to wear, without considering the impact on others. That is not love.

A Christian has liberty in Christ, but the Word of God cautions us to be careful how we use this Liberty. So we won’t make somebody to stumble away from faith.
There so many young converts who are not so strong in faith like you are. If you allow any of them to fall out of faith because of your comfort, God will not take it lightly with you.
Mark 9:42 KJVS
[42] And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.

A sister was telling me why she decided not wear trousers again. She and her friend went for evangelism her friend wore trousers and blouse while she wore a dress. She used to wear trousers too due to the nature of her work. So many times she is in trousers even when she is not in her place of work. She is so much used to wearing trousers. Fortunately for her that day she didn’t put on trousers and so they were out for evangelism.

They now met a man and started preaching to him. She said the man was just looking at her friend who wore trouser without paying attention to what they were saying . When he could no longer stand it he called this sister and told her to please tell her friend that wore trousers to excuse them. The man said he could not imagine somebody like her preaching to him. That was how the friend left them and the man now told the sister to continue the massage, that he can now listen. This incidence affected the sister that when she got back home. She gave out all her trousers. There is nothing bad in wearing trousers especially when it necessary like in some profession, activities and so on. And everybody will understand.

The most important thing for you to know as a child of God is that you are not living for yourself only, but for the Lord and the people you will reach for Christ. If the holy spirit is actually living in you ,you will be concerned how you treat your body to glorify God.

If such sisters were to be in the western world, nobody would read any meaning to it because they see nothing special in you wearing trousers since it is part of their life style. But it means different thing to a lot of people in Africa.
It is not spiritually wise to bring their ways of life here. It may hinder the move of God. We therefore need to listen to our spirits on how to dress. That body belongs to God and everything God would do in this world is through that body. We therefore need to treat our body with the wisdom of God so we won’t hinder His move.

Another female minister of God was invited to a woman program. As she was dressing up to go for the program ,she heard it deep down in her from the Holy Spirit to remove her earring because she uses them. She was so confused because she has never been condemned on that before.

Anyway to have peace she had to obey her spirit. She removed it and went for the program. She was welcomed and led straight to the altar to minister. She said as she told the women “let Us pray” and all the women closed their eyes, The HolySpirit told her to wait, open her eyes and look at all the women seated. So she paused and opened her eyes to look at all the women in the hall. She discovered that none of them wore earrings. The the Lord told her, If she had come here with her earnings, she would not be allowed to preach because there they don’t use it at all.
She was shocked and because of that she chose not to put it on again.

What am I saying therefore is that if you are a child of God, there will be sacrifices in carrying your cross to follow the Lord however little. But many believers are not ready to sacrifice anything, and for such, you don’t expect God to use you beyond your church.

If you want God to trust you with great work ,you must be ready to sacrifice your comfort at times for God to have his way in your life. There are things he may ask you to drop even though they are not sinful, but for Him to move unhindered, You may need to do so and every obedience like that will lead to promotion. So in anything we do let us know that we are not only living for ourselves but for God and souls. Do not be a stumbling blocking to others in what ever you allow in your life ,be it in your dressing ,or in any other areas of your life . That is how to walk in love. Listen to the HolySpirit because he lives in you and be ready to obey him because God is more concerned with souls of men hence he said

She wowed us when she starred alongside an annoying character known as Frank Spencer in several episodes of the internationally acclaimed British comedy series, Some Mothers do Have Them. Being a successful actor, it’s only natural for us to assume that she’s living the dream life. Please, read Taiwo Ajai Lycett’s narrative about her struggles and triumph through the years...

“I have been through the fire, I have been through the furnace, I emerged fortified".

“I have learnt a lot from the universe. Where you have to go, you would go. The universe pushes you in the direction of your thoughts. It helps you actualise what you are thinking in the inner recesses of your mind."

“I was 15 years old when I had a child. I became a teenage mother. By 16, I was on my own."

Her father insisted that the man who got her pregnant, Adebanji Adefolaju, must marry her and he agreed. But he (Adefolaju) perished in the Lalupon train disaster on September 29, 1957. He was among the 66 people who died out of 370 travellers in the rail accident.

"I am a “student of the universe.”

“I have been through the fire, I have been through the furnace, I emerged fortified,” she said, reiterating her knowledge of the universe. “I have learnt a lot from the universe. Where you have to go, you would go. The universe pushes you in the direction of your thoughts. It helps you actualise what you are thinking in the inner recesses of your mind."

“I knew I was going to get a good education. I was going to be a lawyer. But I knew that I was on my own. My family disowned me."

“It’s complicated. It’s not that they forgave me, I didn’t go away". “This feisty spirit of mine saw me through. My father wanted me to abort the pregnancy at first. But my mother thought I was a young girl. I was a baby. So, she had to spirit me away. I had the baby somewhere in Yaba. But after delivery, my father got attached to the baby. The child became his playmate.”

“I was ignored. I went to Methodist Girls High School from where I had to drop out."

Her father insisted that the man who got her pregnant, Adebanji Adefolaju, must marry her and he agreed. But he (Adefolaju) perished in the Lalupon train disaster on September 29, 1957. He was among the 66 people who died out of 370 travellers in the rail accident.

“My child, Adebowale Adefolaju, was one-year-old at the period. He is now 63 years old and father of Atinuke, 33, and Bolaji, 26. I have a son and two granddaughters."

“All my siblings were in school but there I was, I was a maid in my father’s house. Everybody just ignored me. It’s a fascinating world. I think its a wonderful life."

“I was the one doing all the cooking and house work. I kept my head down but I enrolled in evening school. There was no way anyone could stop me from learning.”

Subsequently, she secured a job as an assistant teacher at St. Paul’s Catholic School at Costain.

Then out of the blues, a letter came from the United Kingdom (UK) from a mutual friend she had with the father of her child, who was married and had resettled in the UK.

“We used to meet in his house. Then I got a letter from one David Akinduro in 1959, who told me that he was a friend to that friend of my husband. He said our mutual friend told him what happened to me and that if I didn’t mind, I could come to England and marry him.

“I dissected my situation noting that my father didn’t wish to educate me, and I stood the risk of getting pregnant for someone else, again, which was what everyone expected of me.

“I went to my mother and showed her the letter. She went to my father and showed him the letter and my father refused. I told them I wasn’t going to stay back and serve as a maid in my father’s house. I wrote back to my suitor that I would marry him and live with him in England. So, I processed my passport and travelled to meet him in the UK."

In 2006, Ajai-Lycett was robbed and r***d in her house in Egbe. The same compound hosted TAL House, her private school.

Then 65, “I ran TAL House, a private school I meant to do good with it but my staff orchestrated an attack on me. I was tied. I was beaten. I was brutalised. My health was ruined. I was blindfolded and r***d. The man who r***d me complained that he couldn’t gain easy entry into me because I wasn’t wet. I told him ‘widows don’t get wet.’ I kept talking to them and asked them repeatedly, ‘Are you doing this to your mother?’ Angrily, they taped my mouth but I remained fearless and prayed all through the attack.”

After the incident, she shut down the school and left Egbe.

“That was a hard decision because TAL House was doing so well. The business was flourishing but I was not in it for money. The police came. They expected me to pursue the case. I knew the masterminds. I could have gotten them incarcerated but I simply moved on.


Explaining the reason for the attack.

“They felt I was too strict. They were stealing from me and became openly hostile to me. They tried to take over my business. It felt like I didn’t own the place. When the robbery happened, I shut TAL House.

“Look at me today, I am over it. See, the mind is a beautiful thing. When you hold on to past hurt, you tie yourself down to grief. You get infected with its poison. Rather than wallow in grief and self-pity, I picked myself up and sought medical help, ensuring that they hadn’t infected me with any STD. Then I moved on. That same year, the Olusegun Obasanjo government got me the Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) national honour.”

Few years after the sad incident, “One of them came to prostrate before me, pleading for my forgiveness. I told him to seek forgiveness from God. I told him that I had moved on."

Here are 12 unique ways God speaks:

1) God always speaks through Scripture.

God's word is the number one undiluted way through which God speaks. The Bible says that God has exalted His word above His name (Psalm 138:2). This tells us about God's integrity; what He says he will do, He will do, so we can always trust that whatever God speaks to us through His word is true. You might stumble on a bible verse, be led to a place in the bible but whatever God's word says is the truth.

Tip: Read your bible. Eat the word heavy. When you are praying for answers and looking for God to speak to you - read, study, meditate away.

2) God can speak through Music

This is one of the most common in my PERSONAL relationship with God. God speaks to me through songs. A random song will drop in my spirit and it'll be exactly the word I need in that time - a confirmation, warning, a prophecy or just God telling me the state of my spirit. God will do anything to catch your attention so you need to stay alert.

P.S There are ways God will speak to you that are personal to YOUR relationship with him.

Tip: Let your body, soul and spirit be connected to God in every way.

3) God speaks through People

God can speak to you through anybody; other believers, your Pastor, even a mad man. Sometimes the answer to your question or prayer is in conversations completely unrelated to what you think you need. God can minster to you through a line or word from other people (even the conversation of a passerby) who unknowingly or knowingly will speak God's heart to you. The beautiful thing about God is that He owns everyone and everything, is in absolute control and will speak to you even in the simplest of details.

Tip: Don't underestimate or look down on anyone. They might just be on assignment to deliver the word that you need.

4) God can speak through repeated instances.

When similar things re-occur over a space of time, it might just be God calling your attention to something. An example can be as simple as your eye twitching anytime you are about to get angry. It might just be God saying "it's not worth it." I want you to understand that when you have a close knit relationship with God, he talks to you every time and very easily. He is not shy around you and He doesn't keep mute because you are his homie, you are His friend. He'll talk, he'll warn you, he'll correct you, he'll make you laugh.

Tip: There are no coincidences. Pay attention and try to hear what God is saying to you always.

5) God speaks through Circumstances

God speaks through circumstances. He can use either yours or another person's circumstance to minister a word of warning, encouragement, correction, love and promise to you. There is always a deeper purpose when you find yourself in trials especially and in my experience, your trial is almost the direct opposite to what you are birthing in the spiritual. e.g You might be broke now because God wants to teach you something through this pressure that'll push you into wealth.

Tip: Be watchful and vigilant. Rest in God. Things are not always surface level which is why the bible reminds us to walk by faith and not by sight.

6) God speaks through Dreams

This is another big one for me. I am a dreamer and although some people are specially gifted in dreams, I 101% believe that as your relationship with God gets stronger, God will speak to you through dreams once in a while. Dreams can be iffy because the devil and your flesh can also manipulate this channel. There are also different dreams and dreamers so it's important to understand how God speaks to you in this area. In the bible God spoke to Joseph, Solomon, Jacob, Peter, John and Paul and He is still very much speaking to us now through dreams.

Tip: Pray before you sleep. Ask God to speak to you. Watch your dream pattern - Do your dreams come true or are they direct opposite? Pay attention so you can know and decipher God's voice clearer. Pray over every dream - cancel what you don't like / want to manifest. Permit, receive and thank God for the dreams you want to see manifest.

7) God speaks through Visions

God speaks through visions. This is a visual like a dream but without being asleep. It can be a quick flash, or a whole scene, just an image or an inscription. God can be showing you the future, the present or the past. It can be for purposes of protection, intercession, warnings and promises.

Tip: Build a stronger relationship with God especially through prayer and fasting and more of your spiritual senses will be open to hear God.

😎 God speaks through The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit should be the central and main foundation every time God speaks, be it when we are reading the word, or through a person or a circumstance. He acts as our inner witness to reveal and confirm deep things to us. Through discernment (a solid knowing, sensing or conviction), a tug in your heart or a gut feeling, we would recognize the Holy Spirit.

Tip: Become buddies with the Holy Spirit, and hearing from God will literarily be as simple as ABC...

9) God speaks to through prayer

Prayer is a pathway into the supernatural and spiritual realm. Once you start to pray and focus on God to lead you, He starts to give you what to actually pray about - be it in your understanding or in the Spirit. E.g You might go into prayer for your family and you suddenly don't know why you are praying about your job and specifically not to be fired. In a case like this, it may not make sense to you but Holy Spirit guides us in the best way to pray and what to pray about. This could translate to 'be careful at your job", "to take your job more seriously" or "to beware of any surprises that may come from work."

Tip: Develop a solid prayer life.

10) God speaks through an audible voice

In the bible, God spoke to Samuel in an audible voice and although in these days it might seem absurd, God is still very much the same yesterday, today and forever. God still speaks in an audible voice.

11) God speaks through peace

An unworried heart and spirit can also be God speaking to us. If you can quiet your spirit and be really true to self, you can tell what God is saying and if you truly have peace about a decision or situation. E.g in a really tough situation, it is possible to be calm because you have the peace of God that surpasses all understanding and it stands as a signal that all will be well.

12) God speaks through supernatural manifestations

God speaks through miracles, signs and wonders mainly to increase our faith and ignite our hunger and thirst for righteousness.

Dear MINISTER,..If you feel it’s time to leave a particular church, or resign your office, peacefully and honourably do that with every right spirit.

Why should you destroy the Church you were once part of building?

Just like THAT? ...Don't tell me, you break away in such a manner that you can no longer for any reason return to your former place of service to partake of their programs without any fear or shame?

You mean your leaving is justified?

I GUESS,
~ You shouldn't leave without a father's blessings.

~ You shouldn't leave in the time of trouble and challenges.

~ You shouldn't leave because someone hurt your Feelings?

~ You shouldn't leave because your financial demands are not granted during pandemic.

~ You shouldn't leave because you are not posted to the place of your choice.

~ You shouldn't break away with any members you are given to lead.

~ You shouldn't leave unnoticed and without official resignation.

~ You shouldn't announce your leaving to the church before your leader is aware or arrived.

~ You shouldn't have refused to submit and report the documents in your custody.

~ You shouldn't have left without handing over your office to the in-coming comrade.

You know WHAT ?...Peaceful Departure will not only be better for the church you just left but for you and your supposed followers as well.

Be released honourably and never leave a mess behind yourself as you go.
In case your leaving is faulty, make a reconciliation in time.

To continue praying for and celebrating the leader you left is the wisest choice for your advancement in life and ministry.

Don't rubbish the HISTORY if you really cherish the FUTURE.

You know WHY? ..The future will still refer you to the history.

My Journey To Auchi 16years Ago

*When people genuinely hear God, they don't make sense to people. How can God tell me to leave Lagos and come to Auchi?*

On my way to Edo State, I stopped at redemption camp and entered it because my heart was shaking. I said Lord, "people only go to their home town when they are old", God said, "No..go home". I cried..... I told one of my friend, he said, "it's a lie, is family altar, they are calling you, they want to destroy you, we need to attack it"

I believed him and we entered the camp for prayers. The more I was rebuking the voice, the more the voice was speaking. I left my friend and I came to Auchi. When I came, the first church I entered, the pastor just finished preaching and all the youth gathered around his 504 pushing it and he was the biggest man in that town. I said to myself, "Jesus....Father is this how my life will be? "

I saw everything that did not look like the vision God has showed me or what God told me but I stayed. Then I began to preach in one or two churches, as I go there, prophesy was stranged. If I prophesy on people, they will attack me(ehhh...one person don come town now o, he brought power from Lagos)

I started going through attack(give him a year, he will close up) ... I said, "God, did you send me here? Did you say Auchi or Bauchi? " and God said "Auchi".

So, I depended on Him. As I was going, He said FORWARD, I am with you. I held on to that word and if I see any shaking in my life, I will remember those words...

Please, be depended on the word of God! Your dependence on God is on the platform of your trust in His word.

When I look at years, 16years ago is just like yesterday. 16years later, I see what obeying God has done...
