My friends and I are the LIFE of any party we are invited to🥳 I absolutely LOVE dancing and having fun, so anytime you find us at a party we are usually doing something or other silly 🤣🤣🤣 (All in good fun)

In this particular case, the event had a brilliant saxophonist, so to accompany him we picked up our water bottles and sang along to every banger song 🤩 it was soooo much fun!

All in all, I LOVE LIFE 🫶🏾

Sometimes we are too harsh on yourselves because we value the destination more than the journey.

I am a 41 year old mother of 3. My body has changed tremendously in the last 12 years from my pregnancies and aging.

So is my body “ PERFECT” ? NO

But I’ve made a commitment to myself to work on it daily and fall in love with the journey.

So here’s to all the MOMS out there on their own journeys, here’s to taking it one day at a time, here’s to appreciating and enjoying the journey, 🥂👊🏽🥰🫶🏾
