Registration
Players need to pick up their registration packets prior to starting play. Registration will be at the Newport Harbor LBC. It will be open on the following days and hours:

Practice Times
Practice will be available at the following clubs at the following times:
Friday, October 6th
Laguna Beach 8AM – 5PM
Long Beach 10AM – 3PM
Newport Harbor 1PM – 4PM
Saturday, October 7th
Laguna Beach 12PM – 4PM
Newport Harbor 1PM – 4PM
The Groves 12PM – 3PM

Opening Ceremonies
The opening ceremony will be at Newport Harbor LBC, starting at 5 PM on October 7th.
Celebration Banquet
The celebration banquet will be held at Laguna Woods Village Clubhouse 2 at 6 PM on Saturday, October 14th.

Change to Event Times and Lunch Provisions: The schedule is the same each day. Lunch items will be provided by host clubs and a selection of sandwiches for purchase will be available at selected clubs.

Time limits will be strictly enforced except for the final Championship matches. No jacks will be rolled after the end match time listed.
Participation Waivers
Players need to sign two waivers prior to play. Laguna Woods requires ALL visitors, players, and non-players alike, to sign a waiver prior to entering the bowling green area for insurance purposes. In addition, photography will be taking place during the tournament. Both waivers must be completed prior to starting play. They can be picked up and filled out during registration.
