DETERMINING THE SOURCE OF HUMAN CALAMITIES.(, PART ONE)
In whom, the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not...(2 Cor. 4:4)
So many times, people do not know whether God or the devil is the source of human calamities.
Unknowingly, we accuse God of: Accident that happened to us, Sickness, Death of beloved one, Storms, Catastrophes, Earthquakes, Flood etc.
When we pass through this calamities, as children of God, our responses will always be" The Lord is trying to teach me something through this. Beloved, since man failed in Eden, Satan took over to pilot evil affairs on Earth (2 Cor.4:4) called Satan" The god of this world. Children of God, the earlier we stop accepting every calamity that comes our way, to be coming from the Lord God Almighty, the better for us. When we recognize that the devil is the source, it will enable us join force with God through Jesus Christ, to fight him the devil.
Remember our Lord Jesus Christ contrasted His works with the work of the devil in (John 10:10)"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill and destroy; i am come that they might have life....... If God were to be responsible for the storm, He wouldn't have rebuked the Storm by saying; " PEACE BE STILL.(Matt.8:26) If He caused the Storm and rebuked the Storm,it implies,He is working against Himself. If he causes the Dead of the beloved one especially Lazarus, and still went ahead to his grave to weep, that could simply means hypocrisy and pretence in the highest order. How can He God, cause sickness and still went ahead to heal the sick.etc My God,is not responsible for all these calamities. (Mark 3:24-25) Jesus made a striking statement" if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. Yes,we have been religiously brain washed to believe that, God permits, everything that is happening to us, but it is important that today for us to recognize that the source of the Human calamities is Satan; even if you brought the calamity to yourself he, the devil master minded it.

THE POWER OF SACRIFICE
Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days. Give a portion to seven and also to eight; for thou knowest not what evil shall be upon the earth (Ecclesiastes 11:1-2)
Sacrifice means giving out something of value for a purpose (eg.A student who sacrifices night sleep for his/her book,must be crowned with success.
Understand this, you don't pray away poverty; but you can give away poverty. Again, every sacrifice speaks, and it challenges God to do something for the person. Beloved, please observe today, that every sacrifice you made will always come back to you whether good sacrifice or bad one Luke 6:38 says Give and it shall be given unto you good measure....... No body succeed without sacrifice; but if you are succeeding without sacrifice,it means someone really sacrificed for you.
Often, people are full of themselves. Too selfish, not caring about someone else. But the Bible said, Give to 7 and also to 8 (seven and eight) speaks about your family and non family members, any way you can help people even sacrificing your smile for people to be happy please do that.
Do you know that, power behind any altar depends on the sacrifice made at the altar. Beloved, please make sure that someone you know or even someone you do not know must say to you before any week runs out ( God bless you) it is a gift you cannot get in any super market in the world and it works. One day an uncle was coming back from Abuja with his car, by the road side he saw a man lying down on his pool of blood,he stopped and carried the man to the hospital, paid for the treatment of the man. The man was discharged. Two years later, Hired assassins was sent to the chief, at the village, when they got there, the leader of the gang happened to be the man he sacrificed his time, money and everything to save his life two years ago, and his life was spared. Bible said cast your bread upon the waters after many years you shall find it. Be wise my dear stop being unnecessarily stingy. It pays to be a sacrificial giver . SOUL OF MAN UNDER CONTEST
(God Counts On You For Winning)
My Son give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways (Proverbs 23:26)
I know that God is an all sufficient God: He lacks nothing. He owns the whole world (Psalm 50:10--12)
He (God) supplies all our needs (Psalm 104:27-29)He supplies Food,Air, Riches, Healing, issues etc.
But, the same God has a problem that turned him to start begging for what He created (son give me your heart.Proverbs 23:26) WHY!? In creation, God made man a free moral Agent. He gave man power of choice God cannot force man to do what he does not want to do.
We have two masters ruling the world today (John 10:10) both masters only declared their purpose on human soul in the above referred verse: God is in need of human soul and Satan is also in need of human soul. Both masters has kingdom, and the beauty of the kingdoms are human souls. Beloved, God needs your soul and Satan needs your soul who do you surrender your soul to. Whatever God has original, the devil must produce imitation. Unfortunately, man prefers imitation to original. Beloved, please give your soul to God. Remember, Every small and big sins are traveling partners to hell do not relate with either. Remember, no man can sleep on the laps of Delilah and wake up in the bossom of Abraham. Give your soul today to God. Don't allow Delilah to barb your hair. If she does, definitely you will die in the camp of your enemy. Bible asked you" For what shall it profit a Man, if he shall Gain the whole world and lose his own soul (Mark 8:36)

CHRIST THE HOPE OF HUMANITY (PART TWO)
Yesterday we started the topic Christ the hope of humanity. We touched many areas and really discovered that everything that the world can boast of, have failed humanity: Education, Science, Economy, Agriculture, Research,Law and Leadership,Media, Entertainment etc. All have failed humanity.
But i have good news for humanity: Bible says,(psalm 11:3) If the foundation be destroyed what can the upright in heart do. I will tell you
1) Psalm 91:1 The first thing to do is to dwell in the secret places of the most high.... surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the Fowler...verse 3.
Recently I came across a write up of an Archeologist in Gaildeshian Hills of Asia minor, who discovered a Hill stone that have existed 550million years. In Psalm 90:2 God said before mountains were born,i have being in existence.
Isaiah 43:12 said i have declare and have saved when there was no strange god i showed my self I do appears when all hope is lost.

CHRIST; THE HOPE OF HUMANITY.(PART ONE)
Come, let us return unto the Lord: for hath torn, and he will heal; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up (Hosea 6:1)
Everything the world can boast of, have failed the world and Man kind:
1) EDUCATION majority of the schools today practice examination malpractice, or you pay heavily and a good certificate will be issued to you. We produce greater percentage of half baked graduates. Educated illitrates, who cannot defend topic of project they claimed to have written. What a shame to the education sector
2) SCIENCE: Science have failed humanity. A Norwegian scientist went into space and travelled up to the sun in 1829 to unvail the mystery of creation,he came back and told us "The higher you go the cooler it becomes."
Recently, China came up with too many food supplements products, telling the world that such is the means through which HUMANITY can live long: But in the days of food supplements and long life, our burial posters changed from OBITUARY to GONE SO SOON and PAINFUL EXIT.
3) RESEARCH: Research has failed humanity, many researchers till now are trying to proffer lasting solution to HIV/AIDS the More they do, the more diseases appears.
4)LAWS AND LEADERSHIP;All the world leaders are seeking for laws that will bring peace to HUMANITY; For that they approved GAY MARRIAGE, ABORT A BABY YOU DON'T WISH TO CARRY, TAKE WIFE UNDER CONTRACT etc yet peace and joy have eluded humanity
5) ECONOMY many Nations of the world today, are on the verge of recession. Many people have become poor overnight and become beggars. World Economy has failed.
6) MEDIA : Media, is now contributing to the high rate of fear and Blood pressure to HUMANITY because every breaking NEWS is bad news. If it is not Earthquake, it is Volcano or disease or Virus or Influenza,or Tornado or Bokoharam, kidnapping, political crisis, insecurity, high price of fuel ,High price of food stuff, R**e, s*xual abuse to under age etc

DISCOVER WHO YOU ARE (PART 2)
We know that the whole creation has been groaning in travail together till now (Romans 8:22)
We started yesterday the topic, discovering whom you are; and we ended yesterday by asking how do we begin the discovery of oneself.
One of the worst thing that can happen to someone is to disappoint the expectation of people around you or you end up in the negative as they predicted you to be.
Look at this: A Christian young girl from the linage of a priest, traveled to London on scholarship to study, she was beautiful, very intelligent. After many years,it was announced that she is coming back. Parents, friends well wishers were in high expectation to see the hope of the family; as the plane landed, people were happy, all of a sudden, the parents and friends who went to the airport to welcome her saw a victim of a full blown Aids. She was looking at the father like a raisen skeleton that have come to announce the end of the world. All the people in high expectations of her return bowed down their heads in shame and tears, Why, because the young girl did not DISCOVER early whom she is. Again, she never read the expectation of people around her.
Now, How do you begin;
1) Refuse to be mentally dwarf (Romans 12:2)
2) Do not be easily irritated
3) Do not always take quick decisions
4) Always ask people what you do not know
5) Don't easily wave out issues without thinking twice
6) Learn to seek advice
To discover whom you are is not a in the physical maturity,it is of the mental maturity. You can be the best of what you think you can do if you use your mental maturity and your reasoning well. Human mind is a determinant factor for success or failure, because our mind set represents the choice we make that leads to a specific destiny. To discover whom you are please,stay away from negative thinkers.Determined, to be different. Do not draw conclusion from the past and maintain a positive attitude. The most important thing in life is not what we are doing; but what we are thinking, because what we are thinking is capable of changing what we are doing. Beloved, you worth more than what you think you are, always try to maximize opportunities. God shall honour your efforts when you step out to discover whom you are, what you are and what you can do in Jesus name. Remember the way you think can make us respond to situations either by faith or by fear. DISCOVER WHOM YOU ARE (PART ONE)
For the earnest expectations of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God (Romans 8:19)
There is something about life that beats my imaginations, that thing is; you will advice someone, if the advice ends with"BE CAREFUL" response from such people often will be: I know what I am doing or such person will say"I know myself. But if you ask the person WHO ARE YOU? Such will only tell you his/her name or at most tells you the parents name. But you know yourself but you have not discovered yourself to be able to tell people who you are.
Understand this, if you don't tell people whom you are, they will name you and call you what they think you are. When you don't discover that you are wise and act wisely wherever you find yourself; people might end up calling you idi0t, imbecile etc. Until you discover whom you are, and live at that capacity, the world will keep on predicting you and possibly controlling your life for you.
HOW DO YOU BEGIN?

DEVELOP INTEGRITY
The integrity of the upright shall guide them: but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them (Proverbs 11:3)
Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity,than he that is perverse in his lips and is a fool (Proverbs 19:1)
But as for me I will walk in my integrity: redeem me, and be merciful to me (Psalm 26:11)
The word integrity came from the root word"Integer" which means a whole or a whole number. Integrity therefore means wholeness, completeness or consistency. The difference between HOLINESS and INTEGRITY is very thin; Holiness is God's oriented, while integrity is man's oriented
HOW DO WE KNOW THAT SOMEONE HAS INTEGRITY
1) Such one must possess firm principles as character
2) Such must have adherence to high moral standard with self control
3) Such must not be faulted, which means the person will possess; Honesty,Truth, Reliability and Uprightness.
4) A person of integrity must be ready to do what he/she say, not saying one thing and doing another thing, that is why integrity is consistency or wholeness.
Beloved, INTEGRITY is living out the Holiness of God among men. Life of integrity is a life that can be trusted in his deeds, words and Transactions in secret and in the open
PLACES INTEGRITY IS NEEDED TO BE APPLIED
1) In public funds
2) With opposite s*x
3)In Relationship
4) In Leadership
5) And in Business
To develop integrity, please do these;. (1) Stop having inordinate desire to impress people. (2) Stop having motives to achieve a selfish goal. (3) Do not please people and displease yourself. It is better to do right work than to do big work to please men. Remember Bible says"Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity,than he that perverse, in his lips and is a fool. Beloved, do not soil your hands; always try to be a person of your words and actions, Do not present a picture of what you are not. Remember,it is better for people to love you because of whom you are, than loving you on what they think you are and later find out that you are not what they think you are. Understand this,"A cunning man and a pretender Lacks integrity. Always be yourself. Be a person of integrity, honestly you have nothing to loose, your children children will benefit from your life of INTEGRITY when you are no more. THE NECESSITY OF PRIORITY
"But the Wisdom that is from above is first PURE,then PEACEABLE, GENTLE and easy to be IN TREATED full of MERCY and good fruit without partiality and without Hypocrisy (James 3:17)
Priority means setting things in order of its importance or urgency.
Look at the scripture above, God systematically set the ingredients of wisdom in its order of importance: for wisdom to be without partiality and without Hypocrisy, the priority started first with PURENESS,then PEACEABLE followed with GENTLENESS etc.
John Marxwell said"in all you do in life, don't do easy things first,or do hard things first or do urgent things first, but always try to do first thing first. Those activities that give you the highest return. Everyday you wake up, try to gather your supposed activities of the day and set them in their order of importance.
In (Genesis 1:2---31)"And the earth was without form and void and darkness was upon the face of the deep....... note this, when God met the earth void,full of darkness.when (He) God faced with catalogue of problem ranging from void to darkness down to man. God did the first thing first"LET THERE BE LIGHT. That is setting things in its order of importance and urgency. Beloved, without establishing priorities, you will find yourself doing first what you should do last, and doing last what you should do first in life.Never you do things, because they please you. I have realized that a lazy man is not necessarily a man who does NOTHING or stay IDLE: Rather,a lazy man is a man who does only what he likes to do,he is not guided by a sense of importance or reward but by a Sense of pleasure. To him, what matters is not whether the piece of job is needed now or not, rather his concern is whether the job The the job will give him pleasure.
Beloved, let me ask you,if you have the underlisted as your problems

2) House
3) Money
4) Marriage
5) Children
6) Car
7) Traveling Abroad
8) Business
And you have 1million Naira or you have a sponsor.please kindly do this assignment,set this things in its order of importance to you. Beloved,i will pray for you based on your choice of necessity.
I will not be surprised if i see one who will buy car with the 1million and leave the rest for God to do it.

SEPARATING FAITH AND REALITY
Even so ,Faith, if it hath not works is dead; but will thou know o vain man that FAITH without WORK is dead (James 2:17&20).
Every child of God believes that faith is the substance of things hoped for and evidence of things not seen. That is true. But let me t tell you that Faith is a firm belief that something without proof will happen.while reality is something that actually exists will happen. In this context, Faith is saying that something without proof must Happen; Reality is saying i,it is real and it must Happen. The moment we separate these two and give them their places in our lifetime the better for us. If we do not separate them we will continue blaming God on why He didn't do what we would have done by ourselves. Faith is what man cannot do for himself and reality is what man can do for himself. You cannot be a lazy and idle person and expect great rewards to come your way (1samuel 23:10--13) David heard (Mark the word HEARD) that Saul with his army are coming against him at keilah.David prayed (FAITH) God told David," men of keilah will deliver you to Saul. Why does David need to apply faith on this
1)He knew soul is trying to kill him (REALITY)
2) He heard that soul is coming after him at keilah,a city with one entrance ( REALITY). David ran away. If David did not hear of the coming of Saul and Saul took him unaware at that point faith will work.
Beloved, what you can do for yourself does not require FAITH to do it, If faith will work in everything, why would God give you And i, WISDOM. Beloved, reality is using wisdom to do what you can naturally do and heaven will applaud you did, while faith is, when God will surprise you and do what you cannot in anyway do because you know you cannot do it but you believe he ( God) can do it May God give you wisdom to apply faith in Jesus name

*EMOTION AND MOOD*
Then he said unto them, go your way, eat the fat and drink the sweet and send portion unto them for whom nothing is prepared for this day is holy unto our Lord, neither be ye sorry, for Joy of the Lord is your strength ( Nehemiah 8:10)
Beloved, emotion and mood are the driving forces of our lives. Always try to keep them stable because life needs a man that will approach it with confidence, energy, happiness, patience, expectancy and hope. Without these ingredients, honestly one will be experiencing frustrations in his efforts to make ends meet. Remember that our greatest advancement in life will always come in the face of adversity; if you believe it always try and maintain steady, happy emotion and mood. I have realized in life that mood is the force that leads to emotion, Emotion leads to Attitude. Attitude leads to Behavior. Behavior leads to Character and Character leads to life
Note this, a predominant emotions and mood sustained over time forms attitude. The level of your diligence, empowered by mood and emotion determine the beauty of your destiny. Many of us think that being unhappy is necessary for holiness, they think that frawning and unhappiness makes one a sincere and honest person, beloved you need happy mood and quality joyful emotion to drive you daily to win people and attract favor to yourself.
1King10:8 the Queen of Sheba said to Solomon"happy are thy men, happy are these thy servant which stand continually before thee....
Dearly beloved,try always to stand before people everyday with good mood and stable emotion, make people around you feel happy if not for anything, just because you know that God shall supply all your needs according to his riches......(Philippians 4:9) don't be down cast, be happy. IMPORTANCE OF PATIENCE
He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding: but he that is hasty of spirit exalteth folly ( Proverbs 14:29)
Life becomes too boring without patience, always have at the back of your mind, that patience has triune brothers namely *WAITING, WATCHING AND WORKING.* Growth in life is only stable on the altar of patience. The real duty of patience to human life is that patience is tolerance of delay and incompetence, it is also wisdom of the wise
Bible carefully recorded that" A wise man is slow to wrath,but a fool is hasty of of spirit and magnifies foolishness. Success is not a function of profession, but of fulfilment driven with patience. Jesus wanted Apostle Peter to head the early church because He was patient with him. Though he (Peter) denied him He was, patience with him. He left his calling and went back fishing yet He was patience with him. Always remember that your response to your responsibility testifies how responsible you are. Note this, Hannah gained Eli and received prophecy that backed up her prayers for the emergence of Samuel because he was patient with Rev Eli even when he called her a drunk. The real medicine to foolishness and provocative attitude of the person next to you is just to be patience with such person because only disciplined life can discipline lives. (Proverb 17:2a) says,a wise servant shall have rule over a son that causeth shame.... Why because endurance is the product of patience, and wisdom is the principal substance of patience. The wise servant patiently endured all the foolishness of the son of the house because the son could not stop his foolishness. Even at adult age the patient servant now rules over him.
Beloved, maturity is not a function of age, but an attainment of knowledge, wisdom and understanding that is powered by PATIENCE. Learn to be patience because, only men and women of patience rule their world when men and women of hasty spirit are gone.
Don't be faster than your shadow and your God. We believe in an adage that says "a patient dog eats the fattest bone". BE PATIENCE please don't worry BE PATIENCE it will soon be your turn to shine because you are PATIENT now, congratulations in advance for i see your great tomorrow in Jesus name Amen. *STRIVE FOR TOMORROW*
Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart,all ye that hope in the Lord (Psalm 31:24)
An adage says, Honour is the crown for the best finishers, not for the best starters. Be of good courage, always remember that whatever you sow today you must reap tomorrow. Life is like a farmer who goes out at the dawn of a new day:
1) He cleared the grass
2) He tills the soil
3) He plants the seed
4) He waits upon the Almighty God to water it, so that at the end of the day he reaps abundantly
Often it doesn't go that way as straight as we think. When you are striving for tomorrow, some times, the good yield do not come easily there are obstacles the farmer must strive to overcome
1) The w**d that will come uninvited to choke the plant
2) The rodent and ant that will come to do their own havoc
3) Sometimes the rain from the good Lord may delay
Beloved, it could be a bountiful harvest or low productive harvest, always: but always remember that" A hopeful looser is always better than a hopeless worrior. Be careful about what and how you sow.

*"IN THE MIDST OF TRIAL:I SEE VICTORY*
"Blessed is the man that endureth temptation, for when he is tried, he shall receive......(James 1:12)
The above scripture, opened my eyes to see that trials are equal to triumph. If you are not tried, you can't triumph.
Beloved, understand this, every obstacle you meet on your way defines whom you are, or whom you are going to be. It only takes a test to produce a testimony.
To be victorious in the midst of your trial, remove your sight from your problem, so that you can see the solution to the problem.
In Luke 19:16---18, you will discover that as soon as the prodigal son removed his eyes from his problem of eating with pigs and depending on men for survival, immediately, he came back to himself and solution to his riotous (prodigal ) Life came.
If you must keep your victory, your sword must not go down. Keep pushing, you are now too close to your moment of laughter. Your head is about coming out of the dark tunnel, the next thing you shall see is light.My dear don't die in your training Depot, where you are now, just look up, you will see the crowd waiting to celebrate your victory don't loose hope,it is well with you in Jesus name Amen.

PURPOSE AND PLACEMENT
"Your word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path (psalm 119:105)
Lamp are carried at night for the purpose of getting rid of of darkness. It is carried at night to protect the feet from stumbling into harmful creatures or objects. It is also carried, to light the way for easy movement. Beloved, so is *PURPOSE AND DIVINE IDEAS*
Purpose and divine ideas are God's torch light to human destiny where both focused you is where you move forward to. A man of purpose is more fulfilling in life than a man of speed, for the height you get to in life, is a function of purpose and placement. Bible, the word of God teaches us that the fear of the wicked shall come to them, but the desire (purpose) of the righteous shall be granted. *POWER OF VISION*
"Only take heed to thyself and keep thy soul diligently,lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days thy life....(Deut.4:9)
I have discovered, that VISION is the formation of a mental image of something, that is not perceived as real and it is not physically present to the sense, but you are seeing it. Beloved, if vision is a mental image of something, permit me to tell you that no VISION gets fulfilled without the visioner having DECISION, DEDICATION, DISCIPLINE and CHARACTER.if you heartly pursue your vision surely, it will become a mission highly attained. There is no success without a secret to discover them. Bible said one can only actualize a vision, when you
1) Take heed of yourself.... that is DECISION
2) Keep thy soul diligently... that is DEDICATION
3) Lest you forget the things which thy eyes have seen..... that is DISCIPLINE
4) Lest you depart from your heart all the days of your life... that is CHARACTER
Beloved, the end product of every vision pursued with *DDDC* formula result will always be SUCCESS. Always remember that in life you are not limited by men, money or material things, but always note, that where your thoughts stop, your destiny stands. Think about it
