Steamed Golden Pomfret with spicy garlic sauce - 蒜辣酱蒸金鲳鱼; you can use either steam-cooked the dish in a skillet or on steaming rack
.
Ingredients
1 medium golden pomfret / Seabass
5 leaves of napa cabbage, halved
1 tomato, cut into 6 wedges
2 pieces coriander stems, optional
handful of chopped coriander
2 tablespoons hot oil
50ml water
.
Seasoning Sauce
5 tablespoons suki sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
4 cloves garlic, mined
2 shallot, minced
10g ginger, minced
.
Method
1. In a small bowl add in all seasoning sauce ingredients, heat up oil in a small pan and pour it over the sauce mixture and mix well
2. Arrange wet cabbage leaves in a nonstick or cast iron pan, place fish on top and spoon seasoning sauce over the fish (place some inside the stomach area), scatter tomato, coriander stems and water on the sides
3. Cover with aluminum foil or lid, simmer on medium low heat for 8 - 10 minutes or until fish is cooked throughly
4. Ladle sauce over the fish, top with chopped coriander and serve immediately

Laksa Eefu Noodles - 叻沙伊面
Ingredients
1 pack dancing chef laska paste
8 medium prawns, shell & veins removed
2 pieces eefu noodles
2 hardboiled eggs, cut into wedges
2 medium tau puff, sliced
1 medium fish cake, sliced
1 lemongrass, lightly pound and sliced
100ml coconut milk
200ml water
handful of beancurd
*some laksa or curry leaves, optional

Ingredients
200g greek yogurt (vanilla flavour) - 酸奶
20g caster sugar
2 eggs (55g each)
1 tbsp cornstarch
some fresh berries, chopped nuts or chocolate chips

🌟 set airfryer to 160 degree and bake for 20-25 minutes till browned on top and firm to touch. Serve warm or cold

Ingredients (serves 4)
200g rice vermicelli, soaked till soften
1 canned stewed pork
2 eggs
2 cloves minced garlic
some veggies of your choice

1 tbsp #tungchun oyster sauce
1/4 tsp dark soy sauce
200ml hot water
ground pepper, optional
.
Method
1. Whisk eggs with pinch of salt, fry into omelette and roughly break it up with spatula and set aside
2. Sauté mince garlic with 1 tbsp oil till aromatic, add sliced cabbage and cook for 2 minutes
3. Add canned stewed pork (with or without the sauce depends on your preference), water, oyster and dark soy sauce
4. Mixed well and simmer for 3 minutes till cabbage slight soften
5. Next add in bee hoon (soaked in warm water till soft), greens, shredded carrot and omelette
6. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes on very low heat till it absorbs the sauce
7. Remove from heat and serve with cut chili

材料:
米粉 200克, 浸软
红烧扣肉 1罐
蒜蓉 1汤匙
包菜,切条
小白菜,切段
萝卜丝
鸡蛋 两粒

调味料:
同珍蚝油 1汤匙
黑酱油 1/4茶匙
热水 200毫升
.
做法:
1. 鸡蛋煎熟,切丝,待用
2. 爆香蒜蓉加入包菜炒和焖煮2分钟
3. 加入红烧扣肉,水及调味料煮3分钟到包菜微软
4. 加米粉,青菜,萝卜丝和煎蛋,焖和炒均至水干即可享用
