Today's episode of my podcast "Phase Reality" is all about how today's ape species have been living in the Stone Age for 3,000 years! This fascinating fact gives us insight into the evolution of our closest relatives, and shows us just how ancient and important these primates are to our world. Research has found that some of the cultures and traditions practiced by modern apes are similar to those that were practiced during the Stone Age. For example, chimpanzees have been observed using tools made of rocks and sticks to dig up termites, a practice which dates all the way back to the Paleolithic era. Apes also use gestures, vocalizations, and facial expressions to communicate with each other—something that early humans did as well. We've also seen evidence that apes use plants for medicinal purposes just like humans do—a practice which dates back thousands of years ago. With this episode, we hope you'll leave with a newfound appreciation for these incredible species and the incredible impact they had on human evolution!

Do you ever take the time to observe yourself and see what changes you can make? It's so important to understand our own behaviours, thoughts, and feelings if we want to grow and develop. Unfortunately, too often we get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life and forget about self-reflection. But it's worth taking the time to pause, reflect on your decisions, and ask yourself "how could I do this better?".

By actively engaging in self-observation we can become more aware of ourselves, our environment, and the choices that lie ahead. We can start to recognize any patterns or limitations which may be holding us back from achieving our goals. We can also identify areas where we need improvement - whether it be developing a new skill or practicing a particular attitude or behavior - so that we can reach our fullest potential.

Self-reflection is not just beneficial for personal development but also helps us grow closer to others. When we are able to take a step back and analyze how our actions affect those around us, we are able to better understand how they feel and how their perspectives may differ from ours. This understanding can help us gain insight into how we may respond differently in certain situations or choose different approaches when communicating with them.

So don't underestimate the power of self-observation! Taking the time to observe ourselves will allow us to uncover hidden strengths, discover new ways of thinking, and form meaningful relationships with others around us - all of which are essential for living a fulfilling life!

If one can learn to be comfortable with who they truly are, then happiness will eventually follow. To reach this place of contentment and peace, we must first undertake a journey of self-discovery. We must seek out the knowledge of our own being, from our thoughts and feelings, to our strengths and weaknesses. It is only by understanding ourselves that we can recognize what kind of person we are meant to be in this world and make decisions accordingly.

Learning who you truly are not only helps you find purpose and direction for your life but it also gives you the confidence to pursue meaningful goals free from external influences or expectations. It is an invaluable tool for growth and development as it allows us to become more aware of our capabilities so that we may learn how best to use them in order to achieve success.

Moreover, self-knowledge brings forth a greater appreciation for others’ differences as well as an understanding of their opinions and perspectives. This recognition leads to more meaningful connections among people which consequently results in a healthier community. Having such a strong sense of self opens up many doors for communication, collaboration, and mutual respect regardless if one is a student or professional worker.

Clearly, knowing yourself is essential in order to live an emotionally balanced life that’s full of joy and meaning. The process may be challenging at times but its rewards are worth every step taken along the way. So take the time today to reflect on who you really are – after all it’s much better than living life unawares!

Hey everyone! I'm so excited to announce the launch of my new podcast, Phase Reality. In this series, I talk about my philosophy for how to stay motivated and inspired in the face of obstacles or challenging times. My approach puts an emphasis on being proactive and taking action through small, achievable steps that can help make a big difference.

I recently discussed going back to the drawing board as way to map out my progress, where I'm falling short, and how to bridge any gaps with measurable goals. This episode is part of an ongoing discussion about techniques you can use to identify where you need improvement and what steps are necessary to get there. The goal is not only to get motivated but also remain focused on achieving your goals over the long-term.

As an advocate for yoga and personal wellbeing, Stevie's journey to becoming a Naturopathic Physician has been driven by her passion for wellness and holistic health solutions.

Naturopathic Physicians specialize in natural medicine and use natural forms of treatment such as nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy, physical medicine, counseling, lifestyle counseling and more to treat the root cause of a person's symptoms. They diagnose, treat and manage patients with acute illnesses or chronic conditions while emphasizing preventative care. In most states in the U.S., Naturopathic Physicians are licensed or regulated healthcare professionals who are allowed to prescribe certain medications and provide some primary care services including physical exams and diagnosis of common conditions such as colds or flu.

Stevie is passionate about helping people understand the importance of caring for their bodies through proper nutrition, exercise, stress management techniques such as yoga, meditation, self-care rituals like journaling or aromatherapy, as well as finding ways to connect with others that have similar interests.
