In the , providing and education is generally accepted as a necessity amongst all; however, in the case of university education, what causes the great disparity in between parties?
Yes to free higher education
The have hinted at further increasing fees from the current £9,000 figure in an attempt – I’m assuming — to increase and help clear the deficit. Initially, I felt complete anger towards the Conservative party for even considering making such a move. Education should be for all, regardless of ones financial climate. As said, “education is the most powerful which you can use to change the world” – so of all the things the government should be cutting on, education should be the last. If anything, government spending on education should increase. Wouldn’t a greater into the youth reap greater for the UK in the ?
